Close to everything! Large holiday house at the quieter, northern end of Mollymook Beach with open plan living area extending onto a huge outdoor, undercover deck which overlooks the reserve at the rear of the property.

Easy access to all local amenities: Less than 5 minute, easy flat walk to beach, local shops and Mollymook Bowling Club. Walk to the beach and shops via the back garden gate & through bush reserve to Mitchell Parade (beach front) or across the sports ground to shops.

House is on 2 levels. The ground level, upstairs has a large open plan living area with TV and Blu Ray player, fully equipped kitchen and dining for 8 people. This room opens onto a large, private sheltered deck at the rear of the house offering outdoor lounges, table setting and BBQ ..... or hammock for those wanting to just relax to the sound of the waves and the breeze in the trees. Also on this level are 2 queen bedrooms and bathroom with shower.

Downstairs is a perfect kids/teen retreat or separate accommodation, with 2 adjoining rooms; 1 with twin single beds and another large rumpus style room with 4 single day beds/beds, TV, DVD, sink & fridge. There is a second bathroom with shower and bath on this level. Access to all the downstairs rooms is outdoor but undercover. There is another large, undercover deck on this level which opens onto the private rear garden with direct access to the reserve.

The garden is fully fenced and upstairs deck area can be gated and secured for dogs if needed. There is plenty of shelter for them if leaving pets unattended.

Other amenities include: Laundry/washing machine & dryer. Dishwasher. Wood-burning heater (upstairs). Off street parking for 2-3 cars.

All linen is supplied (bedding, towels, tea towels etc.) with all your pantry essentials such as tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, cooking oil etc. We do our best to keep all essentials amply stocked so you shouldn't need to bring anything with you!

Outside busy holiday times, we can be flexible with check-in & out times enjoy an early check in and late check out to make the most of weekend stays.

Why they chose this property

We find the location ideal - being close to everything; beach, shops and the local 'Bowlo'..... but not right in the hub and crowds of all the hotels and B&Bs.

What makes this property unique

We can sleep 10, so instead of having to book several separate rooms in a hotel - why not all stay together in one house and have the extra space to share too. We are dog lovers so all your furry friends are more than welcome as well.
