Only seconds from Burrill Lake this modern and immaculately presented 2 bedroom cottage is the perfect relaxing getaway for families or small groups. The house is air conditioned and has a full modern bathroom plus a separate shower and toilet in the external laundry. It has one queen size bedroom and the second bedroom has a double/single bunk bed, plus a fold out bed in the living room. Its a very comfy couch in the living room with digital TV and DVD player.
The house boasts 2 separate verandas to sit and relax, with the front showing glimpses of the lake and the back facing out to the beautiful private garden.
The house is located only seconds from the water and just round the corner from the boat ramp. Plus it is only a few minutes walk from the huge dog friendly park, lagoon and Burrill Beach. The lake is peaceful and provides safe swimming for both dogs and humans.
There is a 4 min max walk to the local cafes, newsagent, and convenience store. 10 mins to the bottle shop, fishing tackle store and one of the best fish & chips takeaway on the south coast.

The home sleeps 5-7 with a Queen Bed, double/single bunk and fold out couch.

Great little place and location

The location was great and central to everything. The house was well equipped and very comfortable. The only issue we had was the back fence had a couple of loss palings and the gate wasn't very secure.

Have been to this property a few times. It is always clean and fresh and has everything me and dogs need. Great yard for the dogs - very secure. Handy to everything. Wouldn't stay anywhere else in Burrill. Great communication with Justin the owner.

Immaculately clean

Simple little house with everything needed for a short holiday by the coast. Furnishings are a little dated, but the entire property was very clean. Pet friendly with a large enclosed backyard and covered outdoor deck. Short walk to lake, beaches and a great cafe for breakfast.

Great stay and location

Great spot on Burrill Lake. Lovely and quiet and back deck and backyard for dogs to sleep and play. Outside laundry with additional toilet a bonus. Fully enclosed front and side gates if your pets and kids want to run free. Loved the back deck, BBQ and table. We had all meals outside and was fab. Easy access for kayaks, swimming, fishing and walks with dogs. Kids loved it. Good family getaway.

Simply perfect

Exactly what we needed for family of 4 plus the four legged family members. Nothing to fault, lots of kitchen extras, such a comfy mattress in main bedroom too. Nice to have 2 showers available. Location is excellent, so close to the lake, lovely area to walk dogs, close to beaches and shopping. Hope to come back, thanks Justin :)

the step into the dining area to lounge was very dangerous my elderly husband fell once not remembering they were there. you need a dry fryer and a sandwich press. the dog next door had a hissy fit everytime we went outdoors

Thank you for your feedback and I’m so sorry your husband had a fall. I’m not sure what can be done about the step other than ensure the cottage is not advertised as wheelchair friendly. Thank you for your recommendations of an air fryer and sandwich press. I was not aware of the dog next door always barking at your dog. As you can imagine I have a lot of guests with dogs.
