A comfortable stay. The property was clean and tidy, an effort has been made to update an aging 1970's property. Overall we were happy with our stay.

Notified the host of bad back ache from bed after second night and remedial massage needed, host wasn’t concerned. Following third night advised host of cockroaches downstairs and upstairs, and actually had cockroach crawl onto arm in bed.!! Poor cleanliness, extremely unhealthy.!! Was surprised host did not offer apology or offer partial refund.!

Small, neat and tidy property. good location for walks along the beach. comfortable beds. Overall a nice place. My only negative was the street noise. I didn't expect that as I didn't realise it was such a busy street. Got used to it but it is loud. Host was wonderful to deal with!! communication was A+ Property was a little smaller than expected but fine for the 2 of us.

Property needs some love

Considering the large cleaning fee which was added I was surprised that the property seemed so dirty and unloved. I would also be concerned about the safety of the railing of the stairs (there is quite a large gap which may be dangerous for small children). Note also that the bedrooms are not air-conditioned and the children's bedroom gets very warm. However the location is great and very close to the beach and there are some cute beach accessories which can be used.

Winter Break

Had a very pleasant weekend break in Mollymook. Fortunately the weather was kind but the house was well equipped and warm and dry (especially as there was torrential rain in the night) but the days were lovely. Good spot for walks around Mollymook and handy for the Golf Club for dinner.

Lovely little property, close to beach. Clean and convenient. Great communication with the owner. The road out front is busy and noisy, even at night. But relaxing during the day.

A great stay in a great location. Perfect for what we needed as a family of four on a summer holiday. Linda was wonderful with her communication. Loved the superb fairy wren family who often visited the garden! We’ll be back.

From the moment we opened the door of the beachy townhouse we felt relaxed and ready for the Mollymook experience. The beach across the road, to the breathtaking views along the walkways and the greenery of the golf course we knew we were in holiday mode. Super close to the beach

Enjoyed our stay at Ocean Breeze. The place was very clean and had all the basics. Loved the succulents arranged on the towels etc. Location was handy to the beach. Road was a little noisy, but there isn’t much you can do about that!! Thanks

Great small unit. Has everything you need for staying in or if you want to go out very handy to beach, golf course, cafes and not far from Mollymook shops for provisions and the great Bannisters Pavillion. The beach is so close as well. Love staying there.
