A newly renovated spacious 5 bedroom home with 2 living spaces, ethernet cable connected entertainment units, a covered entertaining deck, two outdoor HOT WATER showers, a large family friendly backyard and fully fenced front yard. The house is 300 metres from the protected southern end of Narrawallee beach (patrolled in summer), 2 minute drive to Tallwood Shops Mollymook, 4 minute drive to Rick Steins Bannisters and 4.5kms to the main street of Milton. This home can accommodate families and couples alike. All bedrooms have been recently renovated with new flooring and blackout blinds, ducted air conditioning, combustion fireplace and wireless internet. The home is family friendly, with kids toys in the upstairs living area and backyard swings and sandpit. An exceptional feature is the outdoor private shower and bath accessed from the side of the house as you walk back from the beach

Couldnt fault the property. Spacious, with ducted air conditioning, plenty of back yard space, a abundance of appliances and a short stroll to the beach. Highly recommended for families with kids all size ranges

Wonderful stay

My family really enjoyed our stay at this house In Narrawallee. It was in a great location very close to the beach and a short drive to the inlet which is great for kids and Sup’ing. It had a great deck and lovely backyard perfect for our kids to kick around a ball and the dog to play.. Just be careful of the ticks! We wanted to stay longer but unfortunately the house was already booked up. We all agreed we would love to come back!

Comfortable and convenient.

This five bedroom property was perfect for our adult family and would be great for families with kids too. It has been tastefully updated and is less than 5 minutes walk to the beach. We particularly enjoyed meals on the large deck that overlooks the humongous backyard as well as sitting in the outdoor lounge area that comes complete with its own television. The ducted air conditioning, fans and quality bedding in the bedrooms made for comfortable night's sleep and the coffee machine gave everyone a good coffee to look forward to of a morning. Our host, Ashleigh, helpful and on hand to make sure we were comfortable and answered any questions we had. Even though we used the lounge mostly, one of the five rooms upstairs also doubles as a second living area with its pull out sofa and TV. If you're looking to stay somewhere peaceful, but close to everything this is the place for you!

We have recently transformed this property into a home where you want to relax, unwind and entertain. Comfort has been in the forefront of our minds for any season and for adults or kids alike.

What makes this property unique

The property is a short stroll to the summer patrolled Narrawallee beach - perfect for kids at the rock pools or the protected southern end or ideal for surfers straight out the front. The northern end of Narrawallee boasts the inlet that can be used for kayaking or paddle boarding. Head just over the hill to the south and you are in the tourist Mecca of Mollymook - so you can access all the hospitalities it brings but without the crowds.
