Excellent location and walking distance to the beach. Very quiet street with very little traffic. Pet friendly. Bed was very comfortable although the ceiling fan was a bit noisy. We definitely would like to stay here again.

Love that Rooms have their own bathrooms and on opposite sides of the house, providing more privacy. Good area close to beach. Front and back door give you good access to your vehicle making it convenient to unload and load belongings and not having to go up stairs to get in home. K cup and regular coffee pot. Refrigerator makes ice. Good idea to to bring a baby gate to prevent little ones from playing on stairs. We loved this place so much. Already planning on staying here when we return.

This was a great spot for our family of 8. Loved being so close to the boardwalk and beach and that everyone had their own bed! The only thing that was odd was that this is the first time we’ve stayed in a rental like this and not been provided with spices for cooking (salt and pepper) as well as no coffee or filters. They did tell us that they wouldn’t be there so we could prepare at least. There is a Keurig and a coffee pot machine. The mosquitoes are next level, so bring your big spray!! I also highly recommend getting a golf cart. Makes it so much easier to get your things to the beach via the boardwalk. Overall, this was the perfect spot and we would definitely stay here again.

We provide a starter set of amenities, but we don't stock food items such as coffee, filters, or spices, and we're glad you were able to plan ahead. I love this property. It was awesome and met most of my families needs. I would only suggest, bring extra blankets, pillows and towels cause the house did not provide any extras. Also, there are only two TVs in the house—living room and kids room. I kind of wish they had one in master room so my grandkids could watch tv. I love the game room in garage and extra chairs to use at the beach. By far one of the best rentals I have had at Port A. The pool was nice too so and kids enjoyed fishing in the ponds nearby.

Annual trip

We love this place for our annual beach/fishing trip! Perfect for our family of 5 plus grandparents. Able to bring the boat/truck plus another vehicle without issue. Can’t wait to come back next year

We enjoyed the covered back patio and the kitchen, living room, and two bedrooms being on the ground floor for some of our family members' mobility. It's fairly close to the beach, but we rented a golf cart, which I highly recommend for ease. The neighborhood is well-maintained, and we enjoyed the community pool and quiet atmosphere.
