Get ready to spend your sun-filled days on this 5th floor balcony, idling away the hours in a rocking chair. Bring your binoculars for dolphin spotting!! This adorable and affordable, 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is ready for your next trip to North Myrtle Beach. In September 2019, this condo received a fresh makeover of new paint and new furniture to go along with the newest kitchen remodel (June 2019). Everything from updated cabinets, to countertops and even the kitchen sink! The owner has added a new Keurig, so pack your k-cups. The HVAC and hot water heater systems have been recently installed -summer 2019.

The San-A-Bel complex offers an indoor pool, outdoor hot tub, charcoal grill, and a gym. The parking garage allows for covered shady parking. The perfect location, at the intersection of 17th Avenue and Ocean Blvd., gives you easy walking access to a local beachfront cafe (Molly Darcy's) for lunch or dinner, a giant tacky beach store for great souvenirs and an ice-cream and hot dog stand with sidewalk seating. There is an adventure theme mini-golf within a short ,3 block walk that the kids will LOVE!

HIGHLIGHTS: Relax in the wonderful rocking chairs on this 5th floor, corner unit, balcony with great beach breezes and skyline night views that will WOW! You will oooohhhh and aaaahhhh over the westerly sunsets! As an added bonus, the owner offers use of their beach chairs (4) and beach umbrella and some beach toys too. This is a great end unit with lots of bright light and wood flooring and updated conveniences. There is a TV in each bedroom, along with washer/dryer and dishwasher in the unit.

RESORT AMENITIES: Resort features include an indoor pool with a glass wall and high ceilings to make the the pool & deck feel open and grand even on a rainy day. The fitness center has views upstairs over the indoor pool and through the glass wall, you can see the outdoor hot tub and the beach. Best of all -- the beautiful white sandy Crescent Beach is included with your stay!!!

OUT & ABOUT: Nearby, you have endless restaurants for your choice of breakfast, lunch or dinner. There are fresh fish markets, and several large supermarkets (Bi-Lo, Kroger, Wal-Mart and Publix) all within minutes. 2024 Vacation

100% the best location in North Myrtle, we fell in love with the condo as soon as we walked in. Beds were extremely comfortable and the condo was very clean. We loved the wrap around balcony and rocking chairs. Will most definitely rent again next year!

Perfect!!

This place is absolutely amazing!. From the easy check in to the fabulous panoramic view.. to the well-stocked kitchen and closet full of beach accessories.. did I mention the panoramic view.. stackable washer dryer and unit is a great feature.. did I mention the panoramic view.. the only possible downside if I wanted to be nitpicky is the bathrooms are a little small and the bedrooms aren't huge.. lol, but you are not going to want to spend much time in there if you're in the unit, you want to be out on the L-shaped patio with a fabulous panoramic view!.. homeowner really thought of everything.. Beach chairs, beach towels, beach blanket, umbrellas and even a Bocce set for the bit of lawn that is behind the building!.. thank you and hopefully I will be seeing you again next year!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was nice and clean. The view was fantastic. Cozy is what I would describe it as. If you plan to cook it can get cramped a bit. There is not a lot of space for pantry food. The washer and dryer worked great, the dishwasher, and the bathrooms were pretty spacious for condo this size. The beds however, we're not very comfortable. I did have to purchase a topper since we were staying several nights. I did tell the rental company and they were very nice about it and said they would relay the message to the owner. This may just be me getting older! Everyone's bed preferences are different. We've been to many condos and I can say there was nothing wrong that ever came up other than the beds. If the beds were changed out I would stay here again.

Wraparound balcony was awesome!

Everything about the property was great, but my favorite part was the wraparound balcony. More views, and on during rain, protection so we could still enjoy being outside. Wonderful place!

Great location

Really liked the location right on the water. Spent hours on the balcony watching the waves, beach, people, and sunrise. Building is older with small bedrooms and bathrooms, but otherwise was well satisfied. Great for a "beach" experience.
