Salt is a 3 bedroom holiday house situated at Scotts Head on the Mid North Coast of NSW. Scotts Head is located between Sydney and Brisbane. The house is single level, comfortably furnished with easy access for all abilities. Sleeping up to 6 people with 3 queen bedrooms. A tropical garden encompasses the grounds and provides privacy and a relaxed outlook. Beautiful Scotts Head beach is approximately 7 minutes walk or 2 minutes drive. A convenient shops/ cafes area and a bowling club adds to the attraction of this unique seaside village.
**NOTE: Guests are required to bring their own linen and towels. Alternatively, we may be able to assist with hiring linen locally.

Relaxing at Scotts Head, beautiful home and garden

The home is surrounded by a tropical garden that creates a secluded, private retreat. Everything you need for a relaxing break and Scotts Head is a beautiful town, most amazing beach.

Beautiful spot

Our first visit to Scott’s Head and its small but lovely village near ocean Love seeing huge waves and very quiet bay close to each other. The house we rented out was very very good and serve the purpose for large families with children even very safe for toddlers I love the house the most It’s close to Nambucca Head only half an hour drive Overall great destination and lovely place

Spacious family stay

We had a very good time. The apartment is spacious, enough for eating, living and working. And the kitchen es very well equipped for family needs. The stroll to the beaches is easy and no problem for a 4-year old. Thank you

Very comfortable and clean house in Scott’s Head. Owners are very pleasant to deal with and quick to respond. Beds are very comfortable, which is a real plus compared to others we have stayed at. Nice veranda for a BBQ John

Fantastic house

Great location house was well set out Nice and tidy, everything you needed was available in the kitchen and great decking area with bbq. Only suggestion is to update toaster as bread and crumpets did not fit in But overall was great, close to beach and local club

Great stay in Scotts Head

Comfortable clean property, plenty of room for our family of four. Lovely deck overlooking tropical garden was nice to sit out in the evenings. Well equipped kitchen with everything you need. We loved the outdoor hot showers after the beach. Walking distance to beach with great family friendly swimming and surfing. Overall a fantastic stay.

Leafy retreat near the beach

We loved this place. Simply furnished. Light airy accommodation surrounded by foliage. You feel like you are in your own little world. Love the balcony overlooking the garden. Tall ceilings with lots of natural light. Highly recommended.

Lovely house, tropical feel

We had a lovely week at this great property! The house is light and airy, perfect for a family. The balcony is the highlight surrounded by tropical greenery. Great for relaxing and meals. The position is perfect, short walk to beach, shops and bowling club.

Wonderful private home

House was very functional. We had 2 couples stay . Having the 2nd toilet and even the outside hot shower, help to make the stay more comfortable. Both rooms were on opposite side of the house Private back deck overlooking beautiful palms made the stay special for relaxing!

Overall the property met our needs.

It does appear that the cleaning was cursory. We found used item both under beds and under the lounge. I burnt my foot on the floor light in the passage behind the lounge when it was being used as a night light. I can't see any other reason for it being there. The bathrooms and kitchen were all clean. There were a few useful items left behind in the kitchen. Again I guess from previous guests. There was no coffee at all. yet there were other odd items. I have stayed at a number of this type of accommodation in the past this rates somewhere in the low middle rating compared to where I have stayed in the past.

Salt on the coast

Salt is a well designed and functional home to rent in Scott’s Head that is comfortable and spacious. It has a great deck and beautiful manicured gardens that make this a relaxing and restful stay whilst on the coast. Short walk to beaches and shops. 3 greet sized bedrooms and the bathroom is big as well. A great place to stay.
