Close to supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, wine cellar and the center of Ilha Comprida.
Leave your car in the garage and do everything on foot if you wish of course.
It has portable barbecue, semi industrial stove, conventional stove, refrigerator, vertical freezer and kitchenware.
