About this property

Stunning 4000sf oasis

I have a newly renovated home with over 4000sf located on a private lot. The home includes lots of amenities and on a quiet street. Three floors and three full baths with custom tiled showers, home theater, pool table, and gym with sauna. Large deck out back with a screened in portion equipped with a tv and surround sound. Also it’s located 10 minutes from uptown. I pride myself in customer service and making sure that my guest are comfortable in every way and I look forward to being your host!

Perfect for our needs

Jermaine's home was comfortable and clean and perfect for our needs. We enjoyed our time together and having a safe place to return after the NASCAR race was a plus. He was very communicative and answered any and all questions we had.

Overly Crowded

This property looked like a family lives there and literally got up and walked out right before we arrived. Like ALL there belongings were in Every part of the house. Closets,Drawers, Kitchen, bathroom. Had Zero space to put away my belongings. Lived out of the suitcase entire time and could not grocery shop for the kitchen because it was filled w expired and open food in Refrigerator freezer and cabinets both upstairs and the basement. Was not satisfied w this at all! Will not rent again. Other than that Nice big house.

This guest had the worst communication possible. I really didn’t feel comfortable renting because of it and in response to the guest comments about the house being lived in… I live there alone and only the master bed room has clothes in the drawers and the only thing in my refrigerator are condiments on the doors. I knew this booking would have some challenges from the start when I literally had to call customer service to make contact with the guests. I definitely wouldn’t rent to this guest again
