Located just 1km off the Princes Highway you are greeted with all the comforts of home with the privacy you desire.

From swimming to fishing, kayaking & paddle boarding the river is your oyster. The heated outdoor shower is perfect for the kids after a cool swim, then relax & unwind in the warmth of the stone fire pit as the stunning landscape melts away over the mountainous views & old Eucalypts.

This unique property holds a rich local history dating back to the early 1900's with the construction of the Yowaka River Bridge in the 1930's, which the home overlooks. The cottage was originally built in the late 1940's and has been completely refurbished into a cosy & private oasis, being only minutes from Pambula township & just over 1km to the Pambula Lake Boat ramp & Oyster Sheds.

There is a fully fenced & enclosed yard perfect for young children. Bring your bikes & scooters as Panboola Wetlands is only a few minutes drive. Located across the road from Panboola is Oaklands Barn with their cafe restaurant, gallery, homewares, garden nursery & Farmyard Petting Zoo where the kids can get up close and personal & interact with the animals & have a ride on a pony. For those wanting a taste of the local beers, Oaklands is also home to the Longstocking Brewery.

Ben Boyd National Park is a only an 8km drive from the cottage which is home to some of the most pristine & private beaches the south coast has to offer.

THE ACCOMMODATION -

The 2 bedroom cottage is equipped with a Queen Bed, 2 x Single Beds and a single fold away bed upon request. All bedding & linen is provided.

There is one bathroom in the house consisting of a Toilet, Shower & Vanity with essentials, & the second bathroom is located in the external Laundry which Includes second shower & toilet with washing machine. Washing powder is also included. The external heated shower is located outside of the laundry.

The living room is very comfortable, fitted with Lounge & Armchair & small side tables. Provided is a Flat screen TV with a DVD player, Blue tooth Speaker & Hard Drive loaded with a variety of Movies for the whole family. There is also an Air-conditioner & Wood Fireplace to keep you comfortable & complimentary unlimited WIFI.

The sunroom is situated through the lounge room doors & can be closed off for peace & quiet. There is a warm & calming space perfect for reading or enjoying your morning coffee, & a children's desk for some drawing or reading of their own.

The kitchen includes a 4 seat dining setting & is fully equipped with fridge, freestanding oven & microwave for all your cooking needs. Basic household essentials are provided including tea & coffee.

A BBQ is located on the front porch which enjoys breathtaking views & there are 2 outdoor tables if you choose to dine outdoors. One is located on the verandah with river views & the other table & chairs located in a quiet dining space in the front yard.
