Wendy and Russell have a beautiful property - very tastefully decorated, clean and comfortable, well-equipped with a really user-friendly fireplace. The location gave us great access to all we needed in Burnie and Wendy was readily available to communicate with us. Thank you for a lovely stay!

On arrival we found everything was perfect. Extremely clean, well provisioned and a short stroll to Burnie CBD. This has been one of the best accommodation venues we have EVER booked. An extremely friendly and helpful host made our stay most enjoyable.

The Grove is an absolutely stunning apartment, in a great location within easy reach to Burnie, Rocky Cape and the beautiful beaches of the north coast. It was quiet and super comfortable, and designed to a really high standard. There isn’t a bbq, which was listed as an amenity of the property so this was a minor inaccuracy, but overall it was a really lovely stay and meant we had a wonderful Christmas.

Elegant Burnie

What a wonderful property! Perfect location & waterviews galore. We found this to be one of the best properties we've ever stayed in (and we travel for work for a living!). The house itself is beautifully renovated & has everything you could possibly need. Every detail was covered & we enjoyed the complimentary cheese platter after a few hours on the road! We would highly recommend this stay & really enjoyed our time here. Thanks Wendy & Russell 😁

Outstanding property with amazing owners.

From the time we arrived, through to the time we had left, the five star luxury didn’t stop impressing us. Wendy had thought of everything!! From cheese platters on arrival, to breakfast available if needed, along with an amazing fire place to sit relax after a day of adventure. Study nook was handy to finish off a busy week before the weekend. We won’t stay anywhere else in Burnie, we look forward to returning. Thank you for everything Steve & Mel

The Gorgeous Grove

We had the most amazing stay at the Grove in Burnie. The house was beautifully appointed and oozed a level of luxury, class and charm that wrapped us in a great big welcome hug. If I could give this place more tahn 5 stars I would. Thoughtful touches were everywhere in the house. The host was lovely. The location was perfect. Stay here. You wont regret it and it will make your stay in Tasmania even better. Promise.

Brilliant Abode in Burnie!

From the moment I stepped through the door I relaxed and knew 3 Olive Street was special. Beautifully decorated, beyond spotless, with every convenience and comfort thoughtfully supplied, my most pressing concern was in which bedroom to put myself! (I chose the room with the view). My poor husband was staying with 'the boys' in a less luxurious location which shall remain nameless - although it WAS perfectly respectable! He was extremely envious and I passed up a

Very comfortable and convenient cottage

We loved staying at this very cosy cottage. The hosts have put a lot of thought and effort into make this house cosy, luxurious and with all the necessities we needed and more. The bed in the main bedroom was very comfortable and plenty of different blankets were available in the wardrobe if we wanted to suit our temperature needs. (The quilt on the bed was perfect so no change needed, but good to know you have options.) The location is great also. With views to the ocean and a short walk to the main shops and beach, we didn't need to use the car in town. The penguin observation hut (10 min walk) was really interesting and we really appreciated the local volunteer guides who do a free information session about the local penguins and help spot them after sunset. Next time we're in Burnie, we'll be staying here again!

Superb stay

We absolutely loved staying at The Grove over Easter. The house had plenty of room, was comfortable and beautifully presented. Wendy’s attention to detail is a credit to her.
