The house was perfect for our Christmas holiday in Santa Fe. It’s walking distance or a very short drive to most local spots. The kitchen was well equipped, enabling us to make a traditional Christmas dinner. We had a very comfortable, enjoyable time and would stay there again.

This rental was conveniently located near the Railyard and Farmers Market. The kitchen was well-equipped or at least for the minimal cooking that we did. We appreciated the various options for making coffee. The only issue we encountered when we arrived was a very strong smell of smoke. Since I’m allergic we contemplated going to a hotel but decided to stay and deal with the situation in the morning. The next morning we were able to air out the premises.

Positives: Host was great. It was super central to the activities we wanted to do, very easy to access. Negatives: It was really hard to cool the upstairs, even with the shades drawn. The AC unit was super loud and made it hard to sleep at night.

Our Evolve point person went out of her way to ensure our stay went smoothly. We loved this perfect home with an upstairs desk and downstairs table large enough for six-and two separate private outdoor spaces- so we could host his parents comfortably over the weekend in the downstairs bedroom and all hang out in the main room talking, and each of us work/take calls in comfortable privacy during the week. Wonderfully comfortable bed/bedding upstairs, and a location central to everything. It was September so we didn't need it on all the time, but when we did, the A/C worked great to quickly cool the rooms.

Lovely home. Very well kept.Clean! High end furniture & appliances. Tastefully decorated. Perfect for my friend’s German Shepherd! Walkable neighborhood for her & a nice park very close by. 2 walled courtyards to use. Wonderful Mexican restaurant at the end of the street! Within walking distance of downtown Santa Fe. Quiet! The only note is the stairs to the 2nd floor bedroom & bath are very steep. This 76yr old was able to navigate but I felt like I was climbing Mt. Kilimanjaro everyday,good workout!

We loved our long weekend here. Wish it could have been longer. Short walk to rail yard where farmers market had many amazing artists selling their beautiful creations. Choza is a great restaurant right down the street but get there early.

Great Location for Sisters Trip

This was the perfect location for a sisters trip to Santa Fe. The facility was more than enough space (bedrooms, kitchen, living area) for all of us with a much-appreciated parking space. Exceptionally clean with comfortable beds and a nicely appointed kitchen. The property manager was also very responsive and helpful to all of our questions. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Location

This condo is within walking distance from the Railyard and several galleries and shops. It was clean, and the beds were very comfy. We did have some problems figuring out the heat, but it was good once we did. The heated floors kept our feet warm, as it was pretty cold while we were there. I would stay there again!

Did find a few good restaurants in the area. Also, good movie theater nearby. The TV got some channels the first day and by the end of the stay wouldn’t even turn on. Needs to be looked at!

Santa Fe Railyard Bungalow Review

We loved our cute bunglow in the railyard district. It was very easy to get to from the Albuquerque Airport. We were fortunate to meet our host when checking in who was so nice. The location was perfect - walkable to galleries, breweries and the farmers' market. It was nice great being close enough to walk to the square but away from it. The two bedrooms were perfect with very nice bathroom products. We enjoyed sunsets from the upstairs bedroom deck. Being so close to the Whole Foods, we did some light grocery shopping and made use of the kitchen, especially for coffee and breakfast in the morning. As our main interest was the Santa Fe Opera, it was so easy and convenient to get there.We'll be back and are already planning our next trip next summer!Thanks for making our Santa Fe trip so memorable!

Great Location to all the Railyard District Has to Offer

My husband and I, along with my mother, stayed three nights at the Railyard bungalow and found it comfortable and a great set up for separation and privacy with one bedroom up (steep) stairs and the other on the main level. My mother enjoyed her own private patio. Our beds were comfortable. There is a W/D. Kitchen is decently equipped, although we only used it to bake a store bought pizza one night and light breakfasts daily. Easy walking distance to many great restaurants and less than 5 minute walk away from the Saturday Farmers Market and Sunday Artisan's market. Neighborhood is quiet overall with friendly neighbors.

Best Girlfriend Getaway Ever

This property was perfect for us on a girlfriend getaway. It is close to downtown, easy access to the railroad where the farmers market is, and it is clean and safe. We liked that the gate to the door had a hook on it inside which made us feel safer. The property was clean and had everything we needed to cook, enjoy movies together and have some private time if needed. The contact provided for us was fabulous. we misplaced a key and were able to get into the property with a phone call and prompt answer. Loved every minute
