One street back from the beach this tranquil cottage has lots of appeal. Recently renovated to accommodate up to 8 quests comfortably. The house consists of 3 large bedrooms, main consists of a dual entry ensuite. Two of the bedrooms hold queen size beds with wall mounted flat screen TV's with integrated DVD players, the third has a double bed and a bunk bed with a single on top and double below which could accommodate a family or a group of children or teenagers.

It has two bathrooms, ensuite bathroom consists of separate bath and shower. There is an internal laundry in this bathroom for your use. A hair dryer has been provided along with shampoo, conditioner and soap in each of the bathrooms.

The house has a lounge room with a large flat screen TV, along with a sound bar and a dvd library for use by the guests. The lounge area can comfortably seat up to six guests on the corner lounge.

Wifi is available as is Netflix viewing.

Ocean Breeze has a fully renovated kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and electric oven and cooktop. Tea / Coffee and sugar have been provided for your convenience, a cappuccino machine has also been supplied. The kitchen is fully equipped with all utensils, crockery and cooking needs. Off the kitchen is a large 8 seater dining table.

The lounge area has Brand New Split Reverse Cycle Inverter Air Conditioner with both heating and cooling facilities, (recently Installed )
and a wood fire place where you can stay warm and cosy through the winter months. Along with this there are several fans throughout the property to keep you cool in the hot summer days.

All pillows, linens and towels are provided for all beds. Please bring your own beach towels as these are not provided.

Outside encompasses a large timber fenced deck with a gas BBQ and an outdoor table seating 8 where you can entertain or just relax and watch the beautiful picturesque scenes of the mountains and surrounding areas of the South Coast. There is a a paved area where a pizza oven is homed so you can cook up a storm and create your own masterpieces. The property has an outdoor shower where you can wash of the sand and salt after a day at the beach.

On the side of the property there is a garage which is set up with a table tennis and dart board, alternatively you can pack this away and it becomes a place for your vehicle.

There is a canoe with life jackets supplied, also 3 surfboards and a boggy board available for your use. There are 2 bikes in the garage however if you want to use these you will need to bring your own bike helmets.

The property is Pet Friendly (Outside and garage only) and fully fenced. A short walk to the beach allows you to take you dog off leash where they can play in the surf and sand.

It is a flat level walk to Werri Beach only about 200m away. There are numerous coastal walks with spectacular views where you can sometimes see Dolphins frolicking in the water. To the southern end of the beach there is a skate park and playground. At this end of the beach there are also tennis courts for hire.

Gerringong itself has great cafes, eateries, and the well known Natural Necessity Surf Shop (once the largest in the Southern Hemisphere) It has a well stocked supermarket and bottle shop in the town centre. A nine hole ocean side golf course lies just 2 minutes south of the town for the golfing enthusiasts. Around the corner from Ocean Breeze is Werri Beach fish shop where you can enjoy a quick meal off Fish & Chips.

There are many wonderful beaches to explore which are within close proximity to Ocean Breeze, as well as this there is Berry for all the crafts and arts, Minamurra Rainforest, Tree Top Walk, Jamberoo Recreation Park for the children and maybe even the adults all within a short distance from the idyllic Ocean Breeze.
