Beautifully decorated, GRANITE features 3 bedrooms, two with queen beds, and a single bedroom with a trundle. Both the queen bedrooms have water views, as does the whole open plan living/dining/kitchen area. The open plan area has a gorgeous reading spot, dining area, and cosy modern couch near the small modern wood heater. The property also has reverse cycle air conditioning.

There are two modern bathrooms. One bathroom has a shower, toilet, vanity. The second bathroom is integrated into the laundry, with a modern shower. Off this room is a second powder room.

Sliding doors open out onto a deck, with a few steps leading you to a second deck area. A Weber BBQ is available on this deck. You must be able to negotiate stairs, as this house, though on one level, is set up high, with a flight of steps both front and back, to take full advantage of the views.
