I live just 15 mins drive away in Yallingup, so can be on hand if required. I can give you tips on the best wineries, breweries, beaches and surf locations; whatever you need, just ask!
Down South WA is full of outdoor adventure and world-class wineries. With mountain bike tracks and bush walks at the back door, hiking trails up the coast, world class surf breaks just around the corner, beautiful beaches everywhere and great fishing spots nearby there is plenty to do for active souls. If you prefer to simply chill out and unwind there are loads of excellent wineries, good breweries and quaint galleries to explore. Please note that the neighbourhood is very quiet, so wild parties are a definite no no. But, feel free to enjoy a sip on the deck while listening to some relaxing tunes.
A car is definitely the best option if you want to fully explore the region, but if you are happy to just chill around Dunsborough I can provide some bikes to help you get around.

Thanks for a fantastic house for our family of 7 over the weekend, everything was clean, the house was thoughtfully stocked with everything you need for a weekend away. Will be back for sure.
What a wonderful house this is. It has everything we needed and more. Very thoughtful spaces, furniture and items. Our kids were entertained and happy the whole time thanks to the safe, spacious outdoor areas. Beds were very comfy, balconies galore lets you enjoy the sunshine morning and evening. Eve was easy to contact and very helpful and friendly! We will be back :)
Thanks to Eve for being a wonderful host - the house was huge and spacious and had pretty much everything you could hope for. Great neighborhood, comfy beds, and so much fun!

Smashing Property
Had a fantastic few days away at this ' smashing property ', will definitely return next year !
Great location! Close to town and Meelup our favourite beach down in Dunsborough.Beautiful quiet culdesac perfect for walks and our chihuahua. A mumma Possum and baby came out to say hi on our first night too... gorgeous. The kitchen and home is well set up with everything you could possibly need! Little details like hand wash and ability to purchase nice wine, candles and chocolates at the house if needed (we did!) Plenty of cosy beds and blankets. We will definitely be back, Eve the owner was amazing with delivering a surprise gift for my 8 year old daughters birthday the day we arrived! Lovely, just lovely!!! Didnt want to come home to Perth haha! Thanks so much Eve xx
We enjoyed staying in The Tree House. Kangaroos visited on the driveway at dusk. The host had everything we needed and more in the house. Even toys, extra towels, outdoor shower with toiletries. We were ten minutes car ride to the beach. Great spot!
Three generations stayed and we all loved it. Spotlessly clean, great location. Eve has made sure everything you need is there. Will definitely return.
We’ve been holidaying in this area for years and this is a great spot- next to Meelup Regional Park, a short bike ride or walk down to Old Dunsborough and the beach, with good walking tracks nearby. You can walk across the golf course to the beach (but watch out for mountain bikes).
The house is really nice - two stories with several decks which are nice at different times of day, depending on the sun and the breeze, with varying garden/bush/bay outlooks. Separate aircon units in the living area on each floor were very effective. The upper floor catches the sea breeze and was surprisingly cool, even in January. Lots of space for our big family (5 older kids) with two living areas and it was our dog’s favourite holiday house so far! The place was immaculately clean and Eve was great.
The only downside was that during hot weather, some of the bedrooms were hot overnight, but this is common in holiday homes in the south west in January so not unexpected. It was manageable by running the aircon overnight with bedroom doors open on hot nights, or opening screen doors to the breeze on cooler nights. We were happy with the house, tried to rebook for next year but someone had beaten us to it!

Leavers Stay
great property. Everything was easy to use and the cleanliness of the place was great. Everything worked and overall a great stay.
Overall we had a lovely stay at this property. Eve was very welcoming and communication was easy and prompt. The house was very clean and we had everything we needed.
It did take a bit of getting used to the limited hot water (when Mums go away child free we rather like a nice long hot shower or soak in the tub) and the ladies sleeping upstairs found the beds quite noisy and a bit uncomfortable but other than these two minor things we really enjoyed our stay 🙂
We found this property very comfortable and haf everything we needed for a large group of people. Would recommend this beautiful house and Eve was fantastic at communicating with us. Thankyou for a wonderful stayz experience.
Great house, perfect for 2 families with a lounge and 2 bedrooms upstairs
Secluded garden
Lovely location close to Dunsborough and 10 minutes to Meelup bay etc
The perfect place to have a few days away from the hassle and bustle of life.
Eve made the whole experience simple and straight forward.
All the little things we readily available because Eve was two steps ahead of us.
This is a great place to stay.
The best place to relax after a hard few weeks at work and before the Christmas craziness - the house was perfect, comfortable, super clean and best of all we were able to have our dogs. Thanks so much Eve - your house was perfect for our mini holiday and time to chill!
Not the crown hotel but a very nice property on a quiet street. Beds were too firm but thats personal preference. The house is very well equipped and was the perfect place for my stay.
Thank you Eve for the lovely accomodation
I stayed at this property celebrating my 40th with friends, and house was perfect. Everything supplied and good quality. Short drive to town and beach. Very peaceful area. Would highly recommend.
Fantastic location close to everything, Eve was amazing & very accommodating. The property was clean & had everything you could possibly need & more. Wouldn’t hesitate staying at this property again.

About the host
Hosted by Eve Armanasco
I'm a fun and friendly surfer chick all about enjoying the awesome lifestyle of the south west. I love wine, coffee, chatting, camping, travelling and fishing.
Why they chose this property
I bought this home for its fantastic location. Situated at the end of a cul-de-sac at the top end of Old Dunsborough means that the property is super quiet and surrounded by lovely bushland, but is still close to all the action of town and the beach.
What makes this property unique
The views of Geographe Bay from the upstairs balconies are very special - I love to light the chiminea and enjoy the dusk in front of a crackling fire with a glass of red!
The Tree House makes the perfect holiday house with lots of bedrooms and two separate family rooms - you can have one family upstairs and one family down, or sleep all the kids one one level and have the other as an adults only sanctuary! There is also a fully enclosed backyard so pooch doesn't have to miss out on the holiday.
With the Old Dunsborough golf course just behind you will sometimes catch a Kangaroo on the front lawn, and super fun mountain bike trails start just meters from the back door.
