Dunsborough Cottage in Peron Ave

Located in Peron Ave just 2 streets from the beach and a 10 minute walk to town. The house is close to the Banks Avenue beach walkway.

Circular drive to carport makes parking the boat simple, ample room for vehicles.

Refurbished with new kitchen, new timber style floors throughout, white timber blinds, neutral decor throughout, reverse cycle air conditioning, 2 spacious renovated bathrooms. Open plan lounge/dining/kitchen, 2 bedrooms plus separate studio with new ensuite bathroom. Master with walk in robe, built ins in second bedroom and hanging closets in studio. Master has a queen bed, 2 singles in the second and the air conditioned studio has a queen bed and a king single making it suitable for a couple, 2 singles or a few kids. All pillows, doonas (with covers) and blankets provided. All linen and towels included in rates for your stay.

Enclosed yard with brick paving and pergola, BBQ, seating areas plus a secure treed and lawn area suitable for the kids or small dog (by arrangement). Please note Busselton Shire rules state that pets are not to be left unattended in approved short stay accommodation either inside or outside under any circumstances. If you need dog sitter recommendations please ask me.

Fully equipped for family living and entertaining. Nespresso pod machine, ipod dock with bluetooth capability for music, smart TV and blu-ray in lounge and wi-fi throughout the house. Separate laundry with washing machine and dryer, new kitchen with stainless still appliances including dishwasher and family size fridge freezer.

Start up packs with coffee, coffee pods, tea, soap, washing powder and toilet paper provided.

***We do not rent the house during leavers in November of any year***

Great property and perfect location, everything was super easy. Great backyard for dogs, very secure and private. Lovely touch arriving to a bottle of wine in the fridge, felt like home away from home, will definitely come again!

We loved our stay here that was walking distance to the beach and shops. Our dog loved it too and it was wonderful to have. The option of bringing him. The cottage was clean and there were lovely examples of attention to detail to make the stay all the better. we will be booking again

Perfect!

This house was absolutely perfect for us. We are a family of 4 with two young girls and our beautiful spoodle. The property had everything we needed and more. My parents stayed for some of the time in the bunker house which was amazing. Wonderful location. Thank you for such a lovely stay!

Great family getaway

The house was big and had everything we needed for our weekend in Dunsborough. It was great that it had everything we needed for our toddler so we didn't need to bring it all along. The only downside (due to my misreading of the listing) was that the third bedroom was actually detached from the house (which was a slight issue with only one set of keys). Overall a great place to stay.

We had the best stay at Pam's property. My kids said they had the best sleep and was so sad to go home - They wanted to come back again next year! We love how well equip the house was for proper dinners - All the pots and utensils were fantastic. The set up with the granny flat at the back means the grandparents gets a proper break from the family whenever they want. Thank you Pam, we will be back again!

Very impressed with this accommodation. Loved the location on a beautiful street only a short stroll from town. The enclosed, secure garden was perfect for our small dogs. The cottage was very clean and looked newly renovated. We loved the self contained granny flat as well. We will definitely book this accommodation again.

Excellent Location

This property was extremely well equipped, very clean and comfortable and cosy in the cold weather. The location was an easy stroll into town. We had two pet dogs with us and the back area was all enclosed so we didn’t need to worry about them escaping. All in all, I would not hesitate to recommend this property and would definitely stay there again

Great place to stay, close to the centre of town and walking distance to the beach. We loved the big backyard and the granny flat was fantastic for our teenagers to have their own space. Always good to find a dog friendly place in Dunsborough. We'll be back!

Great house near the beach and city centre.

The house was very comfortable with beautiful decor and a natural garden with lots of bird life. It has the best outdoor entertaining area with bbq, and a lawn for the dog to enjoy.

It has been our 3rd time staying and we still love it. It's dog friendly with a great garden for zoomies and securely fenced. 45 Peron so suited our needs Firstly dog friendly to the max, great grassed area which was very welcomed The property so close to beaches and ideal walking distance The house was warm and obv well insulated so kept warm without aircon. We purchased this house because of our love for Dunsborough and thought one day we might move here but work has kept us in Perth. We don't go to Dunsborough very often any more but love the beach, wineries, cafes and art galleries when we do manage to get here.
