89 Elphin Road was built around 1900 and has been in our family for 80 years. It has three large bedrooms, two modernised bathrooms and a large lounge. At the rear is a lovely light filled sunroom with comfortable seating and dining plus a new kitchen with European appliances. All the original building aesthetic of the period have been retained.
The house is ideally situated 1.5kms from the centre of the city with ample parking. Public transport is close by.

What a beauty, restored with all the mods and cons without destroying the historic charm. Everything we needed was close by. The house felt more like a home, with plenty of room to spread out and relax. I would definitely try and stay here on our next trip.
