The fully appointed kitchen includes modern appliances, ample bench space, bench seating, a dishwasher, a double fridge, and more. A separate toilet tucked behind the kitchen ensures convenience and privacy.

The dining space seamlessly flows from the kitchen, featuring a gorgeous 6-seater timber dining suite, lovely artwork, and easy access to the adjoining outdoor deck. The Trevallyn shop precinct includes the Neighbourhood café, the Trevallyn Grocer, a Post Office and Pharmacy, the Shopfront Trevallyn homewares boutique and Mesa hairdressers. If you are after a more comprehensive supermarket, the nearby Riverside Plaza for a Woolworths supermarket, bakery, florist and more.

The Trevallyn recreational area is only a short drive away. With several picnic and BBQ areas as well as archery, an array of walking tracks and an extensive network of mountain bike trails, catering to all skill levels. The Trevallyn Dam is located within the grounds, which is the source of the local hydro water supply, and an incredible sight when in flood.

The Cataract Gorge is located right next to Trevallyn. Here you will find a spectacular natural formation where you can enjoy long and short walks, fresh water swimming basins, the world's longest single-span chairlift and vibrant peacocks! An additional, unique way to experience this attraction is via the Tamar Cruise vessel, which cruises through the waters that carve between the rocky formations.

Trevallyn's close proximity to Launceston adds to its appeal. In just a short 4 minute drive, you can explore the city's historic sites, indulge in its vibrant arts scene, and visit museums and galleries. Launceston also offers a diverse range of shopping options, from boutique stores to larger shopping complexes. City Park which is known for its beautiful oak tree gardens, playground for the children, a plant-filled conservatory and cheeky snow monkeys.

FREE TIGER BUS: The bus travels around the city. There are bus stops located nearby outside Princes Square Park and the Launceston General Hospital.
