Bird lovers paradise.

A great place to stay

This was a great place to stay for our group of 5 adults and one 12-year-old. The house was spotlessly clean, all essentials were supplied and all the modern appliances worked. The beds were very comfortable.The layout of the house was excellent, providing comfortable spaces for mingling as a group - inside and outside - and also providing privacy if required. All the rooms were large and the house was bathed in natural light.A small shopping centre with a supermarket was conveniently located just a couple of blocks away.Communication with the owners was helpful and immediate.I like to assess accommodation by asking myself 'would I stay here again?'. In this case, the answer is a definite 'YES'.

Disaster!

The host canceled our reservation without telling us. I had to call VRBO customer service to try to get a hold of them, and after 45 minutes, they finally responded and told VRBO that they could not honor our reservation. There was zero communication from them leading up to this Or afterwards. We had to scramble to find another accommodation for the evening. Horrible experience!

Location was on a very busy 4 lane highway Leather furniture was old and cracked from a distance pictures looked ok until you got up and close Bathrooms clean rest of the property not so sticky finger marks on chairs and kitchen cupboards oven broken couldn’t be used Outside furniture stacked up in a corner and very grubby bbq had cobwebs Very high tech property with no instructions on how to use appliances etc not helpful Very disappointed overall not what we had expected from the pictures and write up
