An ideal place for those wanting that special time away- perfect for romantic getaways or for families wanting a great base from which to explore Northern Tasmania.
The home is fully renovated and furnished in keeping with the period but includes all the modern amenities you could wish for.

Launceston is easy to explore. You can walk the elegant streetscapes and through century-old parks, which sit beside revitalised areas such as Launceston Seaport, with its waterfront eateries.
A boardwalk links the Seaport to Inveresk, where you can visit one of Australia's best regional galleries, the Queen Victoria Museum at Inveresk.
The boardwalk also takes you to Home Point rowing course, passing Ritchies Mill, with its galleries and restaurants. Continue along the zig-zagging path into Cataract Gorge, a place of mystical beauty. Its steep, rugged cliffs and wild areas attract rock climbers and a chairlift allows all to enjoy the panoramic views.

Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
It would be much appreciated if you could please follow the departure procedure to ensure safety of the property: The back door key is placed back on the hall stand.
Turn any heaters and fans off. Check Windows and doors secured on departure. Empty internal rubbish bins into wheelie bins at the side of the house.
Replace the yellow chain on the hook in the back parking area and make sure gate is closed
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
