Cook up a storm in the fully-equipped kitchen with a generous walk-in pantry. The new induction cooktop and large oven are perfect for those delicious meals! The 4 bedrooms offer comfy beds with crisp, clean linen and the built-in wardrobes ensure your luggage stays out of sight.

Indulge in provided soaps, shampoos and fluffy towels. Take a relaxing soak in the main bathrooms large tub, or revel in the double shower of the master ensuite. Laundry is a breeze with the in-home washer and dryer, along with provided detergent.

Guest Access:
Guest will have access to the whole home, with 4 bedrooms, sleeping 8 guests, 2 bathrooms, walk in robe, laundry, fully appointed kitchen and butlers pantry.
Unfortunately the garage is not available to guests, however feel free to park in the driveway. Room for 2 cars.

This home is situated in Newstead, just 5 minutes drive from the Launceston CBD and surrounds. It is in a quiet, modern neighbourhood. You should be able to get everything you need within a 5 minute drive of the home.

Getting Around:
To get the most out of your stay, to be able to explore all that Launceston and its surrounds have to offer, a car is recommended. Additionally, there are many alternative options listed below:

METRO BUS SERVICE: Metro bus service provides transportation throughout Launceston and its surrounding suburbs each day. To access timetables, routes, and prices, please visit the Metro Tasmania Website.

FREE TIGER BUS: The bus travels around the city. There are bus stops located nearby outside Princes Square Park and the Launceston General Hospital. ELECTRIC SCOOTERS: You will find purple electric scooters scattered around Launceston. To access these, please download the App ‘Beam’. Please wear the helmet provided and be safe!

We have a gardener who will attend this property from time to time. It is unlikely that he will attend during your stay, however if he needs to attend the property during your stay, we will notify you.
