The home also offers under cover car parking for 2 cars and plenty of space in the backyard to enjoy a backyard BBQ.
Space
The home has an open plan kitchen, living and dining area with a spacious deck out the front, and an outdoor BBQ area out the back. The home also offers a decent backyard with boulders perfect for kids to have hours of climbing fun!
The three bedrooms are on the west side of the home with the master looking out into the backyard and enjoying an ensuite bathroom and large built in robe. The main bathroom is spacious and offers both a bath and a shower. The laundry is a euro style laundry in the hallway with a modern washing machine.
There are 2 spaces for cars to park under the house.
Guest Access Access is via a lock box.

Welcoming host, well designed property to have everything one one level (including outside areas) despite being on a sloping block. Clean and open, we enjoyed our stay
We had a very comfortable stay in a very quiet location, close to everything we needed to visit, welcoming house, very clean , everything we needed, Our host was very responsive and accommodating.
Modern and Convenient at Newstead is exactly that! A great base to explore Launceston and surrounding areas. The house is well stocked, with great facilities for cooking and washing. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and supermarkets are only a short drive away.
We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend!!
The house was just as pictured, fairly new, tastefully decorated, clean and very comfortable. Beds were luxurious and kitchen amenities and bbq perfect for our extended family of 5. Nice and close to the city centre and in a picture perfect hilly location. We were very happy with our stay and the host was very attentive to ensure we were comfortable. Thank you Max.
Very quiet. As long as you have a car as we did, this was a great spot. PS: There are a lot more hills in Launceston than we are used to!

Mostly good, positive. The oven wasn’t cleaned. Provided pictures as evidence of dirty oven, received response of “that’s a lot of crumbs” - no apologies….. stains on bedsheets, rusty pans, rusty bbq and my travel partner mentioned the ensuite room was dusty…..enough with the negatives. Really nice backyard. Modern house, spacious open plan kitchen, dining and living area. Safe neighbourhood, you can hear birds at night and also the stars on a clear night. Close to shops.
