Tastefully decorated with comfortable furniture amenities include 4 TVs, 3 DVDs, WiFi, central air conditioning, full kitchen including microwave, dishwasher and washer/dryer. All bathrooms have been updated with quartz countertops, new sinks and faucets. The family room has a new HD TV with access to Prime Video, Hulu, UTube, PBS streaming etc. Also, all Samsung DVD boxes provide access to Prime Video, Hulu etc. Kitchen fully equipped with nice stainless pans for all your cooking and baking needs. Lovely screened porch overlooking a spectacular fountain plus 3 decks to sit and enjoy your morning coffee! Enjoy a family dinner cooked out on the Gas grill! Sea Colony is a full-service family friendly resort offering 12 pools (2 indoor, plus 7 more for the kids), world ranked tennis, fitness centers with indoor pool, saunas, whirlpool, locker rooms, exercise room, indoor gym and more! Activities are available for all ages including kid's night out, bingo and more. Community beach Shuttle (in season) and on-site security. (Recreation fee of $58.00 per person per week-not optional)

Great place for small kids

We stayed here with 4 adults and 4 kids ranging from 1.5-6 years old. The house was fully stocked with everything you need. Very clean and a short drive to the beach. Couldn’t ask for a better place!

Beautiful house, long and foster not helpful

The house was not clean and the response from long and foster was unacceptable. We had to reach out about 3 issues and each was handled poorly. The house is big and beautiful. Spoke with the owner before we left and she was wonderful. Wish I delt with her rather than long and foster. I do trust she would have handled everything better
