(No real outside area, but close to the beach) The bathroom is dated, but fully functional. This is not a modern flat, bedroom doesn't have a window, but vented via the door.

Guests must adhere to the number of guest booked in, extra guest will not be tolerated, without prior consent.
Parties are not allowed as it has other tenants close by and noise should be kept to an acceptable level, with the noise level reduced after 10.30 pm.
