Never happened
It was my first try to stay with Vrbo and it was very disappointing since I never made it to the property. I kept on trying to make contact with the owner of the property and he never got back to me . I tried the messenger and the phone number given to me .so I had to book a hotel for the night .
After I contacted customer service for refund they explained to me that it was too late to refund me because I did not contact them in 72 hours since the time of the booking . I tried explaining that I was traveling i and didn’t always access to internet and I didn’t have the time to wait for 40 mins to speak to a human customer support representative. So in the end they denied a refund even thou they never provided the service I paid for .
Overall a very disappointing experience.
That property was definitely a scam!
