Bright Top Floor Waterfront Condo Conveniently Located in Aventura
Conveniently located fully furnished 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment in the city of Aventura. Bright corner unit on the top floor. The condo is located in the gated community of Village By The Bay, close to Aventura mall, many parks and Sunny Isles Beach. The property offers resort like amenities with a heated lap pool to the east directly facing the bay and a smaller pool on the west of the community with a BBQ area. The fully equipped gym, theatre room, party room with kitchen, and yoga room are located in the club house. You can walk around and enjoy the lush tropical landscape that surrounds the property. Inside the apartment you can expect to find everything you need for a longer stay or work trip. Sheets, bath and beach towels, washer, dryer, kitchen appliances such as blender, coffee machines, and cooking utensils. The apartment is very private and offers plenty of natural light in all the rooms. Elevator access and an attached covered parking space in the attached garage is included in the rental. The master bedroom hosts a king bed and flat screen tv, dresser, walk in closet and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom two has a queen sized bed with tv and chest of drawers as well as a large closet with plenty of storage. The 3rd bedroom is set up with a twin sized daybed with a trundle that pulls out and turns it into a king sized bed, this room also has a walk in closet. Second bathroom is shared by bedroom two and three. Cable TV and and WIFI are also included.
