Full sea view Orient Bay & Saint Barthelemy, superb apartment on the last floor. Tranquility, warmth and sweetness of life on the Orient Bay beach: the Caribbean Saint-Tropez.

Ideally located with totally clear view on the horizon. Direct access to the 4km long beach. Walks in the water, restaurants, shops, bars atmosphere, water activities make this location the most visited beach of the French side.

The residence is under constant surveillance with security guards and video surveillance 24/24 7/7. you will find pizzeria restaurant, a grocery store, a laundry as well as two private car parks.

The air-conditioned studio has a living room with sofa bed giving direct access to an airy balcony and ultra bright.
A sleeping area with king size four poster bed + wardrobe. A fully equipped kitchen, an independent bathroom with WC.

The equipment in the studio : Fridge, freezer, stove, ceramic hob 4 fires, extractor hood, microwaves, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, kitchenware.
Bathroom : Shower, stone washbasin, suspended toilet, washing machine, hair dryer.
Others: Vacuum, iron and ironing board, safe, high-speed Internet, TV HD free WIFI. Sheets and towels provided, beach towel and umbrella too. Baby cot and baby changing table available on request.

Excellent stay!

Just at the beach of Orient Bay, the apartment has a very nice view and a lot of parking, huge pool too, you can find a mini market and pizza at the entrance of the property, Phillipe was very nice and kind, also super fast if you need anything. We just returned and already want to come back!

Enjoyed our stay! Morning walks on the beach. Afternoons by the pool. Cocktails and dinner on the balcony. Well equipped little kitchen. Had to move coffee pot to living room due to limited kitchen counter space for meal prep. Otherwise, great place.

Beautiful view

Had a very nice 2 week stay. The unit is a good size, comfortable bed, good kitchen, and of course, the great view from the balcony. The area is quiet and a short walk to the north end of Orient Bay beach. Jen was very kind to replace the beach towels when we had the original ones stolen. That was very much appreciated. Beautiful view of all of Orient Beach. If your over 76 with bad knees it is a tough walk to the beach. Once there the beach and beach bars are terrific. Parking is tough but you will not get towed parking on the sidewalk. The manager is very reponsive if you have any issues.

Nice property but parking is scarce and far away. The Island, on the French side, has serious water supply problems as we were without any water for showers, toilettes etc for several hours and even up to 15 to 18 straight hours. Owner says will supply starter toiletries but we only had 1/2 of a toilet paper roll, no facial kleenex and no paper towels. Despite these negative things the unobstructed view of Orient Bay beach and the Island of St-Barts in the background the pictures seen on the website are accurate.

Superbe séjour de 3 semaines!!!

Il s'agissait de notre premier séjour de 3 semaines à Saint-Martin. Le studio était tel que décrit sur le site de VRBO. Rien ne manquait. Jen avait mis à notre disposition deux chaises de plage, des serviettes de plages ainsi qu'un parasol et une glacière. Philippe, l'hôte, nous a bien accueilli et répondu à toutes nos questions. Il était toujours disponible et très agréable avec nous. Le studio était confortable et très bien insonorisé. Le matelas et les oreillers étaient de qualité. Nous avons été en mesure de prendre tous nos repas sur la terrasse qui donnait directement sur la baie orientale. Quelle vue! La piscine ainsi que les transats étaient parfait pour une baignade en fin de journée. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié le supérette ainsi que la pizzéria sur place. Très pratique. Nous avons également beaucoup aimé la tranquillité du site ainsi que la présence de la sécurité. Il y avait amplement de places de stationnement disponibles car nous avions loué une voiture. C'est un must sur l'Ïle. Nous reviendrons certainement. Merci Jen et Philippe.

The property is close to everything on the island. The best restaurants are at grand case and the best beach is Orient Bay. I highly recommend but be prepared to walk. If I can do it at 65 years old you can too!

Six Weeks in Paradise

The property is beautiful and perfect for a short or long stay. The area is quiet with easy access to Orient Bay Beach. The property manager, Philippe was super responsive to my few inquiries. I am considering going back in the future and would definitely stay here again!

What makes this property unique

Saint Martin is an island located in the heart of the Caribbean archipelago and which deserves to be known. Deeply affected by Hurricane IRMA in 2017, it's resting in different colors to show us its most beautiful profile. Nature takes over again, the beaches are replenished, the waters are hot, bars and restaurants reopen everywhere on the island. What other spot to put these suitcases some day? For lovers of sensation or for those who prefer lazing?
