This spacious two-story condo is located in the Bay Shore Ski & Racquet Club with 2 swimming pools, tennis courts, and basketball hoop. Beautifully decorated with modern touches. Roomy and comfortable for family and friends. Nearby the lake, marina, Boulder Bay Park, hiking trails and more! Just a short drive to all Big Bear has to offer, the Village, ski resorts, Snow Play, Convention Center and more!
LIVING SPACE - Spacious 1300 sq ft home with living room, dining table, a TV, a beautiful stone wood burning fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.
ROOMS & BEDS - 3 bedroom, 2 bath. Upstairs master bedroom has a king bed, TV, and private bath. Downstairs second bedroom has a king bed and attached bath. Upstairs third bedroom has a queen bed. Extra blankets and pillows are available. A Rollaway bed is available in the closet.
KITCHEN - Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, stove/oven, double door refrigerator with water and ice dispenser, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.
AMENITIES - Cable TVs, along with fast WiFi. Board games and card games. Relax near the cozy wood burning fireplace. Laundry area with side-by-side washer/dryer.
OUTDOORS - Two community swimming pools, tennis courts, and basketball hoop. Pools and Jacuzzis are seasonal and only open during certain times of the year.
Patio furniture and gas barbecue.
PARKING - Parking for 2 vehicles, no boat/trailer parking
Pools and Jacuzzis are seasonal and only open during certain times of the year. (Note: Complex is lakefront but Junipine Lakefront Condo does not face the lake).
