Liked: Location
The house was in perfect location to grocery store, restaurants, shopping and Duck Donuts is not far. Walkable distance to the beach (trail between streets). Stairs down over the dunes to the beach. The heated pool and hot tub were fantastic and clean. The pool seems to lose water frequently and needed filled up daily (must be a leak somewhere). Only improvement suggestions: vinyl flooring could use a good scrubbing and the outdoor seating/decking needs power washed.
