About this property

Attitude Adjustment is a newly constructed home just entering the rental market in Indian Pass. Owned by an architect, it has been geniusly designed to maximize comfort of any guest whether coming to enjoy a short summer stay or monthly winter stay. I could go on and on about the many features in this property, but I would suggest just checking it out for yourself. Accommodating a group of 6 comfortably, the layout is ideal with everything on one level.

There is a large amount of WOW packed into this small space. A few examples: custom furniture with built-in benches, drawers, closet cabinets and a private work space. All of the cabinet doors and drawers have safety springs so no worries of little fingers getting caught. Enjoy immediate hot water with a tankless hot water heater. Wood & tile floors for easy cleanup. However, the perfect place to enjoy this home it outside on the screened in deck with a ceiling fan or just beyond that on the open deck. Just a short walk to the quiet shores of Indian Pass, you can’t find a more perfect place to call your next vacation home.

Attitude Adjustment

We love the location, its our favorite street in Indian Pass. The home is large, open and well laid out with tons of storage and great lighting options. We felt right at home with our dogs. The only reason we gave 4 stars and not 5, is the yard. The yard was overgrown and was badly in need of a mow. There were pieces of garbage in the yard and trimmings from the landscaping were left all over the yard. It was very difficult to see where you were walking when in the yard.

Overall it was a great location. Clean and comfortable.

Overall I would say the house was as pictured. However the coffee pot was broken and spilled coffee everyday and there were no kitchen towels. Abother issue is the stove which needs to be replaced, there is not medium heat, it either burns the food or cooks it too slow. The fees that are charged for the cleaning services are lacking. Overall the house was good, close to the beach and homey.

Great for 4 adults

The property lists accommodating up to six. The sleeper sofa would really only work for two smaller children. Otherwise, the two bedrooms are great for four. Location is fantastic and the property is great!

Peaceful beach vacation

We love India Pass Beach, it's so peaceful and there is never anyone there! The house was perfect. Easy walk to the beach. We lived in the outdoor screen-in porch at night watching the sunset. The house was just as it was captured in the pictures.
