Indian Pass is not just a destination in the northern panhandle of Florida; it’s a way of life. Just ask some of the locals or the many visitors who make this small coastal town tucked between Cape San Blas and Apalachicola their exclusive vacation spot. In no time, you’ll discover it’s a whole vibe. Unique from most Florida beaches, you will not find go-cart tracks or putt-putt golf courses; no airbrush T-shirt shops or swanky dining options with large crowds and a dress code. What makes Indian Pass special is the uncrowded, wildly natural beach and the laid-back atmosphere that embraces you like a warm breeze. You must try the Indian Pass Raw Bar, a local seafood restaurant serving fresh oysters caught daily and shucked right at the bar with coolers of beer, wine and soda served on the honor system.
Outdoor and water activities are endless, and there is something for everyone in the family to enjoy. Indian Pass is best known for its fishing, but it’s also a fantastic place to go crabbing, shelling, or bird-watching. Wildlife abounds. Take a ferry from the boat ramp to St. Vincent Island for a chance to spot an endangered species like a loggerhead turtle, gopher tortoise, or even a red wolf. On most days, it's common to witness an eagle soaring overhead with its daily catch in tow, or a pod of dolphins putting on a show. Eagle’s Rest gets its name from the knobby trees outside the loft’s window, where eagles are perched, resting on top.
This cool, stylish beach rental is a vacation dream, including a private fenced backyard with a fire pit, enclosed outdoor shower, smoker, and even a treehouse. When dinnertime is the best time, you’ll appreciate the custom-built diner-style dining table on the main level just off the kitchen, where you can mix food, conversation, and a great TV show. Just beyond the dining area is a covered gulf view deck. On the top floor is a small living area loft with a queen futon, a large TV, an Xbox, and a collection of games.

Misleading l
The images presented online are misleading. There is no golf cart with the unit, nor is there a LIVING ROOM! This property has stairs that are steep and leaves very little room for any kind of gathering of a family. I stead of a living room, there is an uncomfortable built in table and 3 stools. Furthermore, they never refinished the damaged fence and they were not easy to communicate with. I sent several messages before hand and had.to spend my time calling and tracking down people to get answers to my questions. Would not recommend for families.

Jason, we apologize for any confusion caused by the photos online. The property does not currently offer a golf cart and the layout of the house is compact but purposeful to maximize space. We're sorry to hear about the challenges you experienced with communication and the fence. We appreciate your feedback and will strive to improve in these areas. Thank you for sharing your thoughts. -Pristine Properties
