The first floor has a large den opening to a covered deck and the privacy of an undeveloped coastal barrier zone. There is a nature path winding to the beach, an outdoor shower, and a fire pit. There are 3 bedrooms on this floor: 1 King bed with private full bath, 1 Queen bed, 1 Bunk room with a full on the bottom/twin on top. There is an additional full bath and huge laundry room on this floor.

A staircase leads up to the second floor loft walkway and half bathroom. The multiple porches on this level overlook Cape San Blas and are the perfect place to enjoy morning coffee or afternoon happy hour. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen with bar seating opens to the dining area with seating for eight. The casual living room is perfect for a family movie or game night after spending a long day exploring the Cape! You will find the master King bedroom with private full bath and garden tub on this level-- it has access to a screened in porch, overlooking the natural coastal barrier zone.

Feels like home

This was our THIRD time to stay in this house!! Our family of 6 loves it here! Beautifully decorated, clean, great floor plan (2 living rooms), easy walk to the beach, wonderful neighborhood for bike riding, stunning views!

LOVE this house!

Beautifully decorated, incredible views, wonderful porches, perfectly clean, fantastic floor plan for large families or multiple friends. We relax the minute we walk into this house. We have stayed here 2 times. This neighborhood is great for riding bikes, and it’s a simple walk to the beach.

Beautiful home & quiet neighborhood

We had a wonderful stay at Brise Del Mar. We had a small hiccup upon arrival with our check in code not working but Pristine Properties quickly resolved the issue. Will definitely return to this location! The home was so clean and comfortable.

Lovely stay

Loved the property. The house is beautiful. The pool and beach walkout are right outside the front door. Neighborhood is secluded and houses are all pretty. Only issues we encountered was malfunctioning appliances (microwave, stove) and front door locking system didn’t work. We will be back!

Great house in a great neighborhood!

Property was everything we could ask for. Fully stocked kitchen, plenty of room for our group of 8 to spread out in. Probably had the most comfortable bed I’ve slept in in a rental. One of the closest houses to the beach and the closest house to the community pool. Five stars excellent… will stay again! Plenty of wildlife around the area and the house backs up to a wooded area on the cape. Couldn’t ask for a better week!

The house was 5 stars, using a rental company not as good.

The house is beautiful. The view is breathtaking. The house was so well stocked. It's unfortunate that the rental company cannot give better details about the house. Also being able to get into the house through the rental companies website was easy and wonderful until we found out we had to go in person to the office to pick up the pool key, frustrating. I've never dealt with a rental company before, only owners of the house, while using VRBO so this was all new to me. This might be very typical for a rental company and therefore not a big deal. The house had both a standard and Keurig coffee machine, every kind of item you might need in the kitchen despite it not being listed on the rental companies sheet. It had beach chairs in the back of the house you could use. The rental company told me I'd have to even bring hand soap, which I thought was crazy because even a hotel provides hand soap, no they had little bars that went with the linens. Basically I'm frustrated that I overpacked and bought things we didn't need since the house had everything. The beach, the pool, the decks, and of course the house were amazing. I completely recommend the house.
