The spacious 5 bedroom Mountain Modern on Balsam cabin offers all the comforts and private setting for your group of explorers. The open living room and kitchen offer floor to ceiling windows with forest views. The bunk room is a child's dream come true. We can't promise there will be much sleeping going on with 5 single beds and 3 queens but the kids will never forget it.

The new 6 person hot tub is located on the main deck off the living room. There is also a smaller private hot tub accessed through the master bedroom on the back deck tucked away and hidden from everyone else. Two living rooms, both with flat screen TVs and gas fireplaces. It doesn't get more comfortable and cozy than this while enjoying the modern updates in the serenity of the mountains. The dining table and kitchen are ideal for gourmet meals and holidays. A new wrap around deck completes the package with views of Timpanogos and leaves you feelings like you're perched in a treehouse.

Hiking, biking, fishing, skiing are all minutes away from the Mountain Modern on Balsam.

Let Stewart Mountain Lodging host your mountain getaway! We live here in Sundance full time - so we're always available. You'll love our private park, "The Hollow", with an outdoor fireplace and Zip Line swing. With our full concierge services we can arrange for a day of fly fishing with our favorite guides, recommend a variety of local day trips and/or hikes, or arrange a massage in your home. You'll love the personal touch and gracious hospitality of your mountain hosts. We would love to share this magical place with you.

Great house. Nice open spaces to spend family time and a large outdoor patio to enjoy the views. The teens loved the huge bunk room and game space.

This was the perfect place to host our family of 12 for Thanksgiving! The kitchen was beautiful and well stocked for all of our hosting needs. The bedroom, layout fit our family perfectly and there were plenty of bathrooms. The hot tubs were a hit!

Cozy Cabin

We were traveling with 3 vehicles, 2 trailers, 3 teens, 4 dogs, and a pet chicken. Steward Mountain was so helpful in accommodating us. They found a place for our trailers, provided a lovely cabin for us to rest mid trip, left a delighitful homemade cinnamon loaf, and treats for the dogs. It was a perfect place! Our favorite spot was at the fire pit, or in the light filled living room with a fire going. Thank you!

Weekend Ski Trip

Beautiful property that offered an unexpected but appreciated seclusion. The property is tucked far enough away from Sundance resort that we didn’t even encounter anyone from there. This was an ideal property for a quick escape. We also traveled to Park City which wasn’t too far of a drive.
