Wonderful Place
This cabin is a great place to stay to explore the shore. The inside was clean and just like the pictures. We took advantage of the nice firepit in the backyard. Will definitely be booking here again.
Loved our stay! A gorgeous little cabin right next to Gooseberry Falls. Fantastic space in the front for yard games or star gazing. The firepit out back was perfect for roasting smores and socializing. The host provides everything you need for a comfortable stay. Truly a lovely getaway for those who enjoy nature in every capacity.
Perfect location for hiking. We enjoyed the location and the property

It is a cozy country retreat space. We loved the layout of the home. The photos online make it look larger than it is. The master bedroom is spacious. There were games and videos to fill our slower times in the morning before our adventures in the area.
The house was spacious, comfortable and well equipped with towels, bed linens and kitchen equipment. Our only issue was we weren’t able to control the volume on the tv.
Quick trip to the North Shore. This cabin was lovely and gave us plenty of space for 5 adults (two couples). Location was great for the places we were visiting.
This was a good home base for us as we explored the North Shore! Literally down the street from Gooseberry, and easy drives to Split Rock Lighthouse and Tettegouche as well. We had enough space for 5 adults and enjoyed making breakfasts and dinners at the cabin. The fire pit was also great, and we had amazing, clear views of so many stars! Inside, of course there are ceiling lights and lamps but it still felt pretty dark inside at night, especially in the living room, so would recommend some brighter lightbulbs or additional lights. Note that it is right near the highway - the windows are pretty good at blocking noise but we were glad we had our white noise machine. There are areas that could really use dusting and one of the towel racks was broken, but besides that, the home was a comfortable stay for us.
My daughter's family of five and I stayed at this propoerty for three nights. We love the North Shore and needed a place that could sleep seven. This house worked out perfectly for us - great location, and everything we needed.
We loved our stay and we were able to enjoy the fire pit. As instructed, we emailed and phoned our contact starting 24 hours prior to arrival to see about early check in. We never received a reply. Lack of communication was the only issue for us. It was perfect for our needs otherwise.
The cabin was beautiful and was a perfect getaway. The only thing concerning was the amount of flies in the cabin itself. There were piles of dead flies that accumulated over the weekend. Other than that, the property was wonderful!
The property was fabulous. It's conveniently located right off the main highway of the North Shore scenic drive, about 12 miles north of Two Harbors, so close to businesses, but also secluded enough to be quiet. The home is nicely decorated, with nice extra touches, like heated bathroom and kitchen tile floors. We stayed here 4 nights, using it as home base to visit up and down the coast. My only complaints are with the communication with the host/managing company. I emailed the contact person I was given for the property with a couple of questions the day we after we arrived, but got no response. The management company sent emails from a "don't reply to this address" email, so I wasn't able to contact them.
Property is ideal for adults with children. Rugged house, sepration of bedrooms. Large yard, nice firepit. Kitchen well equipped as well. Very comfortable for us with daughter and family.
Only complaint would be the mosquitos!
