This charming 2BR/2BA condo in the Doral Tower (12th floor) offers direct Gulf-front views and a spacious layout that comfortably sleeps 6.
The Space:

Guest Bedroom: Queen bed + twin-over-full bunk (sleeps 4) with TV.

Guests are responsible for checkout procedures and leaving the property in reasonable condition.

Condo in Fort Morgan

Beautiful property and condo unit! Views amazing. Not overly crowded. Would 1000% return! Only negative was the bed in the master.

What I liked most about this property was the location:-12th floor was very quiet. Could barely hear the sound from the pool below-located on a property with multiple pools, restaurants and additional amenities.Check in process was easy. The property manager was super easy to communicate with (text option! The best for millennials like me) and reached out to make sure I had received check in instructions and answer any of my questions.

Everything was really good except the beds. I felt like I was getting swallowed by the bed. They should replace all the mattresses. The beds in the other room looked very sloppy. Fitted sheets were very loose on the twin beds. I should have taken pictures.

Relaxing!

We had a wonderful time at this condo! It was very relaxing, and we loved the view! The only disappointment was finding out we had to pay extra for clubhouse activities, but that was just a misunderstanding on our part.

The stay was okay. But the owners need to be aware of a few things. 1) there were no bath mats in the bathrooms. The sheets were not on the beds in the 2nd bedroom. The top sheets in the master did not fit. The mattress in the master was extremely uncomfortable. And the step into the laundry room had raised tile with sharp edges. The light bulb was missing in the lamp in the master bedroom. These items need to be addressed for us to stay in this particular condo again.

Great family property

We had a great stay at this property. A great place for families with children- loved the set of bunk beds. My 2 complaints would be the quality of the mattress in the master bedroom- way too soft and they gave us the wrong code at check-in. We had to call and get the correct code.

The condo was as advertised....nice furnishings, comfortable bed and all the household amenities that we needed. The only thing was it could have been just a little cleaner and maybe aired out a bit before someone checked in. It was a little musty smelling when we first got there but got better once we opened the window and let some fresh air in. Overall it was a nice condo and we enjoyed our stay. Would stay there again.

The condo was in excellent condition and comfortable. We will definitely consider a Aqua Vacations property for our beach front rentals in the future.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I rented this condo for a week and absolutely loved it. Everything was so nice and operated as expected. Morning coffee overlooking the beach was the picture I had in my mind leading up to the trip. The only concern we had was that we did not receive our "Key Code" for the keyless entry into the condo ahead of time - we were supposed to, but it was not in our email. When we realized we did not have a code, we were standing at the front of the building with all of our bags (watching several others arrive and enter). We struggled to get in touch with someone (on a Saturday) and then Gina answered the phone. Gina went above and beyond to get us into the condo - she really did - and our vacation began. While I will absolutely choose Aqua Vacations again, I can't help but think this part of the process has an opportunity for improvement. But again, we were completely taken care of and moved past the issue once we had a code.

Our First Trip to Alabama Beaches / Fort Morgan

Overall the condo was very spacious and the balcony had a wonderful view of the ocean. The Beach Club resort is very large and there are countless things to do. They have a little shop with very nice items, coffee and ice cream. Our bed was amazingly comfortable and had sliding doors for a great ocean view. I do have to complain that there was a black moldy spot on the master bath. The biggest complaint that I have ( and I do blame myself for not reading more closely) is the mention of “ additional resort fee “. This resort includes 5 pools. There is one small pool for each of the 4 buildings. The large “ Beach Club” pool pictured here can only be used if you pay an additional resort fee. I felt that the 40 dollars to be able to use this was ridiculous. You also can’t be included in their kids activities without the wrist band. In addition, if you don’t book with spectrum and use a 3rd party site you do not receive any discounts on food or chair rentals which were 55 for me (non spectrum member). Please note that this resort is closer to Fort Morgan than Gulf Shores. It is about a 15 min drive to all the popular restaurants/ shopping on Orange Beach

Perfect location

Great for families! Loved staying on the beach. Quite. Great for relaxing. Kids loved all the pools to explore. The condo was clean and have enough kitchen supplies and space.

Fantastic property!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The beach club is a fantastic place to stay away from the typical tourist trap strip. The pools have plenty of chairs and space. You are on the beach and have plenty of space to spread out. Contrary to the extreme temps of 110° heat index, the condo stayed very cool. The owners have made a lot of accommodations to give you just about anything you need in their kitchen. Sadly, we found extremely dirty grills and cups in the cabinets. This is no fault of the owner. This is my friendly reminder to anyone that stays here to be respectful and clean up behind yourselves. if I were to give any pointers, it would be to those that do not care for a soft bed to consider staying somewhere else. The beds were too soft for me, but that is just my opinion. We did not enjoy the on premise restaurant. It is poorly managed. If you are looking for an excellent dinner out, we highly recommend Jesse‘s on the Bay! The food was fantastic and the experience with second to none. If you want to be in the middle of all of the action, this is not the place for you. This is a significantly nicer end of the peninsula and much slower pace.

Great vacation

We had a great time staying at the beach! Condo was fabulous - no complaints at all. Fit our needs very well. Our only complaint was that it was cold and stormy, but you can't plan for that when booking several months in advance. Highly recommend.

Great view and location!

We loved the secluded feel of The Beach Club and the view from the balcony was great. The kitchen utensils were very sparse and what utensils were there, were very old. The toaster oven could not be used because the words were worn off the buttons. The master bedroom mattress needs to be replaced because it has huge dips in it that you can barely get up. Overall I think the condo needs to be updated as the decor and furnishings are much older than the other condos we have stayed in at The Beach Club.

Great location but below average condo

A review of the condo from the prior week identified a plugged tub drain and other issues. The mgt said it was fixed Yea it finished draining 15 min after the shower. The toaster oven was so old you could not read the control labels 3 light bulbs were burnt out The beds were reported soft Yea they were so soft you could hardly get out of the bed No area rugs The louvered shades in the living room block the view of the beach the patio furniture are cheap $5 plastic chairs On the good side your at Beach Club

Aqua Vacations was nice. The gals always answer. We had a parking issue, but that was the resorts fault. It was never resolved. The washer was broken and leaked water everywhere. No one ever came to fix it. The kitchen is old. Not a lot of tools and lots of leaks under the sink. Dirty around all baseboards and bottom cabinets. Grout missing, you can see down into the bottom cabinets in the kitchen. No transition from tiles, you will trip. Bathtub would NOT drain in the master and the bed was very old. Floor was really dirty. We wore shoes the entire time. No beach toys or towels. Probably one of the worst units we have rented in our 8 trips. Just old and no upkeep.

Great Family Vacation Home

We were very happy with our stay. Everything was clean and just as stated. The location is great for access to the pools and beach. Our family of 5 was comfortable here and would definitely recommend this resort to our friends and family!
