It is installed on a plot of 1.100 m² with large lawn, swimming pool, barbecue and fruit trees. The master suite has air conditioning and the others with ceiling fans. The social environment features a kitchen with 4-burner cooktop, built-in oven, fridge and microwave; living room, a sitting room, dining room, guest toilet and an intimate room with satellite TV and fireplace, plus internet. While in a beautiful valley in the middle of the mountains and thus immune to the big city noise, it is a comfortable 15-minute drive from the Itaipava neighborhood, with shopping malls, bars, restaurants, antique shops and bountiful street shops like markets and pharmacies.
