Quiet and peaceful. Close to surrounding area attractions
Beautiful cabin in a great location just 10-15 minutes from Beavers Bend State Park. The cabin is exactly as shown in the pictures and had ample space for a family of 5-6 people. Highly recommend!
This cabin was great for a quick get away for a girls trip - close to night life and restaurant. The shower was the only thing we had a little trouble with - it is upstairs and you can not be very tall to take a shower - but everything else was awesome!
Abe’s Place was amazing!! We had the BEST Christmas here! Our family enjoyed every moment! It was so cozy! Fires almost every night and we toasted marshmallows outside on the fire pit. My kids enjoyed the hot tub, corn hole and horse shoes. The Christmas and Bear decorations were beautiful!!! We are definitely looking forward to coming back to Abe’s Place!

Tanya, we are so happy to hear you and your family had a great time at Abe's place. We look forward to future visits from you. Thanks - Suzy -CE
Walked in to a nicely decorated for Christmas cabin. Furniture and bed (king) were quite comfortable. The fireplace was a nice addition to our stay as was the hot tub. The cabin seemed clean on the surface but the floors underneath the furniture are not cleaned. Very dirty underneath the bed and the floor underneath the couch is sticky.
Everything was great, my only complaint was the bed in the bedroom when my husband and i went to sleep we both rolled to the middle of the bed, in our opinion you need a new mattress or bed frame

It was very 'beary' nice. Everything was great. No complaints at all. The only possible critique I can think of is the fact that it's on you, the guest, to wash the towels when you leave (and dishes, of course)--pretty common really, but that always makes me wonder if the previous guest(s) cut corners on those chores the morning they checked out. Overall, pristine and gorgeous and cozy, and we very well may choose to stay here again. Perfectly priced as of Summer 2023.
Property was nice except the most importand part of the stay was to get a good night sleep, which was impossible.
The king mattress in the master where my eldetly sister and brother-in-law tried to sleepwas miserable. The mattress had a hole in the middle and they had to try to sleep on the sofa and recliner. Very dissapointing and needs to consider a refund for at least part of the stay.
Cabin was very clean and cozy. Perfect getaway for a couple days with family. Would definitely come back to this cabin again. Very nicely decorated too.
I would recommend this cabin to anyone. Everything was exactly as listed and so beautiful. I will definitely be booking this cabin again in the future.
The cabin was much more than what I expected to see. It had everything I needed for a vacation including kitchenware, enough towels, blankets, toilet paper, outdoor furniture and a beautiful outdoor view. It was private and peaceful, but at the same time only minutes away from restaurants, grocery store, gift shops and the lake was very beautiful and offered a boat ride as well. I would recommend these cabins to all my family and friends. So much detail work was done to the cabin that it was such an enjoyable place to visit.
Great cabin. Very clean. Great location. Close to everything. Loved that there was 4 beds. Plenty of room for a family of 5. Only one shower and it’s upstairs. Not made for tall people.
We celebrated our 34th wedding anniversary!! The cabin was very clean, cozy, and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay, very easy to get to, also convenient location to restaurants, lake, and outdoor activities. We would go back again!!!!
Great cabin with a great location! Very clean and well organized! We will be coming back here for sure!

Great experience
Our family had a great stay at Abe's Place! The property was stacked with amenities, was super cozy, and was perfect for our family of 5. The horseshoe pit was a big hit, as was the fire pit. And we enjoyed the hot tub every day during our stay.
Be aware, however, that the property is right off Hwy. 259, so you can hear the traffic when you're outside the cabin. (The traffic noise can't be heard inside the cabin.) Also, the shower situation was a little tricky for us. There's no shower in the master bath, and the only shower upstairs has a very low ceiling and an angled shower rod. This made for an awkward bathing experience for an adult.
All in all, it was a good experience, and the Broken Bow/Hochatown area can't be beat.
My family had such a great time at the cabin. We played corn hole and horse shoes just about every day. The cabin was everything we wanted. Would definitely come back. Only downfall was the coffee maker. We couldn’t make a full pot of coffee bc the basket wouldn’t come open. We had to go buy a coffee maker. Other than that it was a very nice trip. We didn’t want to leave.
