The home is located on a perimeter fenced gated subdivision with a 24 hrs security guard on duty and only residents and advised guests are allowed to go in. Water is supplied by Maynilad water connection with an overhead water tank within the compound so there is no water interruption. The subdivision provides a Multi purpose hall/clubhouse, children’s playground, basketball court and landscaped Open spaces to enjoy walking. Near Malls and Commercial complex like SM North EDSA, Trinoma, SM City Fairview, Robinson’s, Cherry Foodarama and lots more. Transportation is not a problem, the place is near the North EDSA MRT. Please be informed that we asked for a minimum stay of 6 nights
