About this property

A holiday in the heart of southern Ardèche,

Capacity up to 8 people: 1 large living rooms, 60 m² and wooden garden furniture covered
These cottages overlooking the valley offers a magnificent view of the surrounding landscape. They have all the necessary equipment for the vancances in peace. Lounge with table and chairs, sofa, cupboard and air conditioning.
Whether the Cherry or Chestnut Cottage, they are suitable for all people and even people with reduced mobility. The son of the owner is a member of FNATH (National Federation of Labour Accidents and Disabled federation recognized public utility). The doors are wide, window handles and switches up.


These cottages are composed of 3 bedrooms:
- Bedroom 1: 1 bed 2 people
- Bedroom 2: 1 bunk bed 2 people
- Bedroom 3: 1 sofa bed for 2
The lounge is also composed of a sofa bed for 2 persons.

Bathroom & WC: sink, walk-in shower

Fitted kitchen with oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge freezer space, dishwasher

Une très belle maison. Le séjour était exactement ce dont nous avions besoin. Très calme et une belle nature. Pas trop loin d'Aubenas non plus.

Très bon séjour en Ardèche

Super petit gîte, très propre et fonctionnel. Nous sommes venu à 5 adultes et chacun à trouvé sa place sans se gêner. Gîte climatisé, idéale pour les gros coups de chaleur. Très bonne communication avec l'hôte tout en restant discret. Je recommande vivement cette location, au plaisir de pouvoir revenir prochainement.

Nous avons passé une agréable semaine dans un logement bien équipé et une terrasse avec une vue dépaysante. Il y a de l’espace extérieur pour les enfants entre autre en bas âge. Calme et nature

Situé dans un écrin de verdure, avec une très jolie vue, les enfants ont de la place pour jouer. Location très fonctionnelle, très bien équipée. A 10 mn de Jaujac, village très agréable le gîte est bien situé pour visiter la région. Accueil sympathique des propriétaires.
