About this property

House 90m2 stone located at 10 / 15mins from Vals-les-Bains / Aubenas and accessible by roads of the Ardèche mountains. The house has charm and Character with beautiful views of the valley. It offers all the modern facilities and a bed for 6 people. It includes the 1st floor a bathroom with toilet, a bedroom with double bed and a room with 2 single beds, and the ground floor, one toilet and a double bedroom and a bathroom. There is a wooden terrace of 13m2 about where you can eat etc ... The village of Saint Andéol de Vals is 30 / 45mns walk by a footpath. In the village there is a supermarket and a coffee shop. On the hiking trail we pass a small river where you can access a clearing to swim. Vals-Les-Bains is 10kms and between other beautiful outdoor swimming pool, spa pool with its spa center, shops, a casino, a cinema and a tourist office. Markets offer delicious local produce. Aubenas, medieval town has a lot of charm with on the outskirts a choice of department stores. The Ardeche Gorges are about 45mins.
We ask our holidaymakers 200Euros surety returned to departure after inventory. If you can not leave the house clean, the cost for the household is 15Euros an hour, minimum 3hours.

Die Umgebung ist Traumhaft,die Verwalterin sehr nett und das Haus sehr praktisch für 4 Personen. Lediglich das finden war nicht leicht ;-))

Que la montagne est belle !

Une vue de la terrasse superbe. Maison pratique pour grande famille, avec 2 salles d'eau, literie de bonne qualité, cuisine bien aménagée. Coin tranquille, pas de bruit. Vacances reposantes, belle région. Attention : beaucoup de marches, loin de toutes commodités : minimum 20 mn en voiture mais congélateur qui permet de ne faire les grandes courses qu'une fois pour 1 semaine.

Un havre de paix

On a vraiment apprecie la maison. La vue, la brise du soir, l'endroit, la tranquilite des lieux. La maison est tres bien equipee. Tout a disposition. Le hameau est pleins de charme et hyper authentique. C est extremement calme, ce qui nous beaucoup seduit. Dans la maison, la seule chose qui pourrait etre necessaire: des ventilateurs pour certaines des chambres le soir, surtout quand on ne souhaite pas laisser la fenetre grande ouverte pour eviter les moustiques. Ce serait un gros plus. La route pour monter au village est sinueuse et un peu etroite, c'est largement faisable mais vaut mieux conduire prudemment. En conclusion, on a vraiment adore notre sejour et toutes les activites que la region offre. Merci a Sylvie pour son accueil et tous les conseils qu elle a pu nous apporter

Wonderful

The house has a marvelous view - stunning! We enjoyed the stay very much. You need a car, you are in the splendid isolation of Massif Central. The house is staged simple, but you have everything you need. The contact to Valeria was excellent, she answered my questions very quick and helped and supported with informations. Please note that you have no WiFi.
