Perched at the top of Paradise Ridge, this ranch style home features an attached one bay garage, and a single level floor plan. There are sweeping mountain views that look across private, forested land towards the mountains beyond the valley.

The house has 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, it is comfortable in size is well furnished.

Bedroom 3: two sets of twin beds and a closet

With an ample kitchen and well stocked supplies, there is nothing that you will need to bring from home short of your favorite ingredients. If cooking doesn't appeal to you during your stay, you can walk down the hill to 22 Broad, the Millbrook Tavern and Brian's Bistro within a scenic, one mile stroll.

Paradise Ridge is the most popular route for walkers and runners as pedestrians love to enjoy the views that this ridge allows.

Had a wonderful long weekend at 160 Paradise Road. The views are simply fantastic. The house was exactly as advertised. Super cozy and loved the "pop on" gas fireplace. The management was super accessible and flexible! So grateful that they helped us stay a little longer when a storm came barreling in.

Great view’s & location

The property is dated, but is exactly as described in the listing & pictures. Great views, clean and well stocked. It was nice to park in the garage when it snowed and a person came first thing in the morning to plow the driveway. The house is minutes from downtown Bethel and less than fifteen minutes to Sunday River. My family and I really enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider coming back next year.

Fabulous Bethel Rental!

My family and I stayed in Bethel for February school vacation. This rental is amazing. Very clean, has everything you need, views are unparalleled, short walk to town and very convenient to Sunday River and Mount Abrams! The basement with pingpong, basketball, hockey table was a welcome bonus for my 10 and 12 year old boys. We will be back, thank you!

Perfect location and everything you need

This is the second time that we’ve stayed here and had another fantastic ski getaway! The house has a great view, huge garage and everything you need for a great family getaway. The property management company is responsive and accommodating and the check in/check out was a breeze.
