Located right off of Old 41 in the Bonita Isles neighborhood you are only a quick drive to downtown Bonita, Bonita Beach, and Coconut Point Mall. There are some fabulous restaurants within 5 mins of the home that our guests enjoy ~ check out Jimmy P's, Lansdowne Street, Old 41 Restaurant (can walk here!), Cirella's and the Prado Movie Theater with awesome seats and a full service restaurant.

Bonita Isles offers a full array of amenities including a heated community pool, tennis, pickleball and bocce courts. There is also a beautiful fitness center and a playground for when your grand kids come to visit.

The Space:
Your home away from home is an open concept attached villa with tall ceilings with large windows and sliders letting in tons of natural light. There are 2 TV's: one very large TV in the family room and 1 large in the main bedroom, Wi Fi, Electric, Water, Cable all included!

The main bedroom is in the rear of the house, facing the natural preserve for ultimate privacy and features a King bed, all brad new furnishings, plush carpet and a very large en suite bathroom. The bathroom features a zero edge glass enclosed shower, dual sinks on the vanity and a walk in closet with a iron and ironing board.

The second bedroom, towards the front of the house features a Queen bed, a tall chest of drawers and a large closet.
In the second full size bathroom you will find a tub and shower combo, a single granite topped vanity and tile on the diagonal. This is not attached to the second bedroom so its great for guests as well

There is a sleeper sofa that turns into a full bed in the den. The den has french doors leading to it and is located steps from the main entry of the villa, which is on the side of the villa. The kitchen has granite counters, hardwood cabinets, stainless steel appliances and a high top counter with 2 chairs to have informal meals. The 6 top dining set is right off the kitchen and has a rustic farmhouse high top table and chairs set.

With a 2 car garage, 2 beach chairs, beach umbrella, 2 pool floaties and 2 boogie boards, a laundry room with a full sized washer and dryer and a spacious outdoor lanai with a gas grill and dining set to complete this Villa you will find that it is all set up and ready for you to relax and enjoy your time in Bonita Springs.

This booking and reservation are contingent on the signing of a lease and HOA paperwork and approval. Access to the property cannot be given until HOA approval is received prior to your move in along with the second payment, no exceptions. These are the additional fees NOT INCLUDED IN THIS RESERVATION AND MUST BE PAID SEPARATELY.
