Come visit this fully renovated property in Newport, Rhode Island! This world-renowned town is best known for being a summer getaway to America’s aristocracy during the Gilded Age with wealthy families such as the Vanderbilt’s owning dazzling mansions that still stand and can be visited today.

While the best time to visit is between May and September, Newport is sure to wow guests year-round. You will be just across the street from the famous Newport Lobster Seaport and Harbor and only a 2-minute walk to downtown Newport! Tennis enthusiasts will not want to miss the International Tennis Hall of fame, home to the Hall of Fame Open each year in July. Music lovers from all over come to the Newport Folk and Jazz Festival in August to see and experience world class musicians, food, crafts and several other exhibits. Other must-sees include the annual seafood festivals held in May and October, the glorious cliff walk, historic Fort Adams and the famous Rhode Island beaches. End your day of adventure watching an amazing sunset on the deck of one of Newport’s many wonderful eateries.

In the Master you have a king size bed, and a Large flatscreen HD TV. The 2nd bedroom has 2 additional beds which sleep 2 more. The Living room has a queen size sleeper sofa which can accommodate 2 comfortably, along with another Large flatscreen HD TV. Your 2 bedroom condo is fully furnished and equipped with full size refrigerator, oven, stove, flatware, glassware, microwave, toaster, coffee make along with coffee and all of the cookware you need to enjoy yourself.

The grounds has plenty to do with a fitness center, BBQ grills, indoor/outdoor heated pools, spa, game center, movie theater, and so much more.

At time of booking, please provide the name and address with zip of just 1 adult who will be present at check in. It is important to note that the guest whose name is on the reservation, must be the one checking in, and must be at least 21 years old at time of check in. This person can only have 1 reservation in their name. This is who the resort will give the keys to. Please be sure of the name you provide for checking in, as if this has to be changed, Wyndham charges $129 for a new guest certificate. Used as a business stay

Needed a p place to stay during a boat show and this was a perfect for for a few of us versus paying the money they want for s hotel tomorrow in newport. Thanks again for the help with the condo. Wish i could have enjoyed the amenities more but the people there really seemed to be enjoying them.

Great Location

We had an amazing stay. The room was clean and the perfect size. I wasn't sure if the beds in the double room were twin of full. They are full size beds which made it easier for my 7 year old. The pool was fun, the hot tubs were hot. The game room was great for my son as well. It was nice that we could walk to a ton of restaurants so we did not have to worry about parking. Because we needed to bring more then one car the front desk was nice enough to point out the parking lot that we could leave the car in for free (off season). Overall, we had a fantastic and relaxing trip.

Nice stay especially if you don't look closely.

We had a nice stay and enjoyed the area and the pool, which fortunately wasn't too crowded. We were disappointed that the balcony door was locked so we couldn't enjoy the view. Also, the condo was great but the cleaning staff could have done better before we got there.

STAY AWAY FROM THESE HOSTS!!!

You work hard for your money and vacation time. Christelle & Hamilton do not! We booked and pre-paid our week long August vacation in April. We received confirmation from both the hosts as well as VRBO. VRBO continued to send email confirmations all the way up to the day before our vacation indicating that everything was all set. When my family and I arrived, the front desk did not have our name on the registry. The hosts would not respond to phone calls and only replied via text. It was determined that they never applied our money to the reservation. Their response (again, via text): "oops. Looks like the mistake was on our end." They refunded the money but we were in the parking lot of the property, in the middle of the summer, without a place for the week. No phone call and no apology from the hosts. They simply said, "VRBO should be able to assist in finding another place to stay". They washed their hands of the situation. To VRBO's credit, namely one associate "Valaria", they tried to find another place for us but there was nothing in this seaside town that could accommodate a family of 6. VRBO did work with a local hotel who could provide us 2 separate rooms for 2-nights but there was no availability after that. I'm not sure that I would use VRBO again but, if you are reading this, my recommendation is to find another host who actually appreciates your business.
