SERVICES FACILITIES AND AMENITIES:
You will have elite access within the Vidanta Resort you can access all the areas in the resort but the other guests cannot have access to the areas exclusively built for grand luxxe guests, you will have 50% OFF Golf Green Fees, plus use of all facilities of the gym & Spatium Spa FREE of charge.

RELAX AND UNWIND
Grand Luxxe resort allows you access to all of the Vida Vacation luxuries you want including Jack Nicklaus golf, Health Spas and Fitness Centers, as well as all of the fine and casual dining on each resort property, unlimited pool and beach access and of course to the nightclubs, lounges and bars.

The children will be elated to find endless acres of pools for fun. The Kids' Club is teeming with creative fun for all ages. Grand Luxxe will change the way you think about vacationing.

PRIVATE BUTLER/CONCIERGE SERVICE

Concierge Service is available on each floor to assist with making reservations for dining, spa, golf, private jet charters, and anything else you may need during your stay at the Grand Luxxe. Unlimited adventures await in the neighboring towns. The concierge will plan every detail and ensure that your experience is pleasurable and unique.

Complimentary coffee and tea are available from 7:30 a.m. until 10:00 a.m. near the concierge desk.

HOUSEKEEPING
Daily housekeeping is provided. They clean, make beds, etc. but do not wash dishes. If there is something you need, like extra towels, all you have to do is ask. Please tip the housekeepers daily as they do have days off and sometimes in the middle of your week they may be moved to a different floor, so then they would miss out on their daily tip.

There is a nightly turn down service, where your room is set up for the evening, fresh towels if required are left and garbages emptied. We also leave tips for the turn down service, but not as much as the day housekeeping. They do leave a chocolate on the bed.

If there is something wrong in your room, call maintenance and they will be up to replace or repair.

SUITES

In each room you will have a robe to borrow, free slippers, a hair dryer, shampoo, body cream, soaps, towels, coffee maker, fridge, kitchen with stove top, dishes, cutlery, wine glasses, etc. Each room has TV in living area and bedroom and a plunge pool on the balcony. You can ask the concierge for a blueray/dvd player. They will require a deposit but it is refundable upon return.

In each bedroom closet there is a small safe where you can store your wallets, passports etc.
Mexico uses the same electric plugs as the USA and Canada.

SPATIUM
The hydrotherapy area offers independent men and women sections with lockers, showers, Jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, and relaxation and hydration area.and as long as you are staying at the Grand Luxxe, you just need to make a reservation to use these wet areas for 50 minutes and yes, you can use them without having to schedule any other service at Spatium.

AIRPORT PICK UP/ DROP OFF
You can contact the resort to get picked up from the airport. Free shuttle from the airport and $15 per person on the way back to the airport. Must make reservations at least 48 hours in advance, 1 week in advance is recommended.

Wireless internet is available in the Grand Luxxe rooms and lobby free of charge.
