Ideal location in Beaufortain (30 km from Albertville) and near Mont-Blanc.
The apartment is located in square E1 building N ° 44 on the map of foreclosures
It is 50 m from the slopes (on the right by looking at the map) "la Chenavelle" track, access to TS "la legette"
A supermarket is 100 m away (on the left)
Access 10 minutes walk from the center of the resort.
A free shuttle winter and summer is also available at 150m

Various activities in summer:
summer tobogganing, paragliding, mountain biking, hiking, Mountainboard, Mountain twister attraction, bowling alley, Multi-sports ground, spa, Hammam ... and since 2014 "Le Signal" sports complex including swimming pool, spa, lounge bar, restaurant, bowling alley , video games, billiards, wellness area (spa, massage), bodybuilding and fitness room, multisport field (badminton, climbing, ping pong, tennis, hand ball) and pétanque field.

Rental from Saturday to Saturday - arrival early 4 p.m. and departure 10 a.m. on Saturday.
The price varies according to the season from 250 € to 1. 300 €.

Hormis les 2 jours de pluie, notre séjour a été des plus agréables avec de belles randonnées. L'hébergement est très bien équipé et nous accueille dans une ambiance montagne. La communication avec le propriétaire est très facile. Si nous devons envisager un nouveau séjour nous le choisirons.

Belle vue

Vacances de ski, raquettes, rando et biahtlon avec beau temps pendant 15 jours. Appartement confortable et bien équipé convient parfaitement pour 4 ou 5 personnes. Au-delà risque de gêne.Service de navettes avec des attentes allant jusqu'à 1h15 ! Alors qu'il est précisé partout, tous les 1/4 d'heure. Nous reviendrons dans cette belle station mais nous privilégirons près des pistes, faute de navette à la hauteur.

L'hébergement est bien situé avec une vue imprenable sur la station ; avec les navettes gratuites à proximité, nous n'avons pas touché nos véhicules de la semaine. A 6 personnes, l'espace est correct; à 8, cela me semble un peu juste au niveau des rangements. Les équipements sont nombreux et conformes au descriptif ; à prévoir : des jeux de société.

Très bon séjour

Appartement très fonctionnel permettant d'accueillir une famille en respectant le rythme de chacun grâce aux deux chambres fermées, à une pièce à vivre spacieuse ainsi qu'à la bonne insonorisation (nous n'entendons pas les voisins avec de jeunes enfants également). Proche de la navette et du Vival, nous avons apprécié le très bon restaurant à côté également. Enfin, très bonne communication avec la propriétaire avant et pendant le séjour. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Très bon séjour mais apparemment un peu trop en hauteur par rapport au centre mais il y a des navettes gratuites toute les 15 minutes jusqu'à 19h15 Nous le réserverons de nouveau
