About this property

Ocean Beach House +studio: Pet friendly, beach views

* Price is for 6 guests, includes all beds in the Main house (2 x King beds, 2 x Single beds, 2 x bathrooms).

For larger groups of 7-8, a separate Studio with 1 bedroom (Queen bed), bathroom and kitchenette can accommodate 2 more guests charged at $40 per person, per night.

The Studio is an optional extra for smaller groups of 3-6 for an extra $80 per night.

This beautiful split-level home with views of Ocean Beach has room for everyone.

Feel totally relaxed in one of many sitting areas, sipping on a glass of your favourite drink, breathing in the fresh ocean air & listening to the birds chirping in the garden.
Boasting in total 4 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms this property is spacious for all groups.

Relax with a wine or favourite coffee in the upstairs adults retreat area whilst the teenagers are doing their thing in the very large separate games room on the middle level.

The large deck is a fantastic BBQ entertaining space for the whole family.
The main bedroom on the top level has a walk-in robe, ensuite & access to deck. This top level is where you find the kitchen, lounge & dining areas. The lounge has a fireplace and Smart TV with Foxtel.

The middle level has two bedrooms (one with 2 single beds, the other with a queen bed), large games room with Smart TV, games & books. It also has a separate bathroom with bath & shower.

There is also a separate Studio with open plan bedroom, kitchenette & separate bathroom on the ground floor - great for those extra guests.

WiFi: We have the highest plan currently available, however there are limited downloads each month. Internet use is for limited browsing, emailing and messaging; not streaming. Foxtel is available.

All linen provided (except beach towels).

Minimum stay is 3 nights standard periods and 5-7 nights in peak, school holiday periods.

Strictly no Leavers/Schoolies bookings

Ocean Beach House is fully fenced & pet friendly on request & acceptance of Pet Policy below:

PET POLICY:
Payment of the $80 pet fee.
No cats or puppies. 2 dogs maximum.
•Only fully house-trained dogs are allowed inside the property.
•Pets are to be of a quiet nature and it is the owner's responsibility to keep noise to a minimum at all times.
•Constant barking and/or howling is not acceptable.
•The Guest is responsible for any damage caused by pets whether inside or outside the property.
•Pets are not permitted onto beds or on the furniture at any time.
•Guests agree not to leave pets unsupervised inside the home at any time.
•Guests agree to bring their own pet bedding, food bowls etc.
•Guests must dispose of pet faeces in a clean and sanitary manner.
•Guests should ensure arrangements for pets at a property, including these terms, are suitable for their pet prior to booking.
•If extra cleaning is required or faeces left on lawn, this extra cleaning time will be deducted from the Security Bond.

Beautifully presented and spacious house, that has heaps of room for eight guests. Great views from the upstairs living area and verandah, and has everything that you could possibly need for your stay. Ocean Beach House is a beautifully presented and well equipped home. Great views of the inlet and ocean from the upper deck and living area. The large kitchen looks like it has been recently renovated, all the appliances are new and it has everything you need to cook up a storm. The whole house is spacious, with lots of natural light flooding in. Location is excellent, we will definitely be back!

Lovely Place To Stay

We stayed here so my husband and two daughters could do the Bluff Knoll climb, and have a family weekend away to somewhere we hadn’t visited before. From the second we stepped in, we knew that we would enjoy staying in this lovely house. We felt at home straight away, and the house had everything in it that was needed and more. Would highly recommend staying here, and we will be back

The property was in a great location and had views to Ocean Beach. A well stocked kitchen so we could cook our own meals. The house has separate living areas with comfortable couches and lots of extra touches such as games, DVDs and books. The beds were very comfortable. The check in process was easy. Would highly recommend for families.

Fabulous house for the extended family

We had a great time with extended family and the dog during our stay at Ocean Beach House. With three separate living areas, two balconies and a large fully fenced yard, we all had a chance for a little time to ourselves and be with the family. Even the dog had a great time in the roomy yard. Southern Coast Escapes were great and provided excellent service. Thank you Denmark for another great holiday.

All the essentials and more

A large spacious house with lovely views of the inlet. What really impressed us is what is in the house. So many holiday homes are poorly equipped but not the Ocean Beach House. All the appliance you need and an excellent selection pots, pans, cutlery and crockery. Heads up to Southern Coast Escapes for excellent communications before and during our stay. We will be back.

Absolutely stunning! Our stay at the newly renovated Ocean Beach House in Denmark was nothing short of magical. From the breathtaking ocean/inlet views to the cozy, well-appointed modern interiors, comfy beds, great kitchen & fire, walking in was breathtaking. The attention to detail in design and amenities truly elevated our experience. Janine & Gina from Southern Coast Escapes are delightful to deal with, super accomodating, friendly & responsive and ensured our stay was seamless. We couldn't recommend this tranquil retreat more highly. Five stars without hesitation! Can’t wait to come back!

Great place. Some shortcomings

Great place for a group. Well presented home with all you could need. We did experience some issues with cleanliness (dirty bedding, rubbish from previous guests left in bins, dog poo from previous guests in garden) which was frustrating but company apologised. House can be noisy if you are a light sleeper as main road goes very close. Bring ear plugs if so. No air con in bedrooms if that is an issue for you. Otherwise comfortable.
