About this property

This Villa is a perfect home for your Florida vacation. From resort amenities to your in-house game room, the fun is endless!

When you first enter this oversized home, you will be greeted by a spacious dining room seating up to 8 guests. The Kitchen features a curved island with additional seating for 4. The open floor plan also provides an easier access between the kitchen and living room. From here, you can enter the pool deck through a sliding glass door where there are 4 loungers, and a table seating four. You also have access to enjoying the heated pool and spa.
The first floor bedroom, has a king bed with an ensuite bathroom.

Upstairs, you will have even more additional seating for entertaining in the loft. The remaining five bedrooms are also featured on the second level. Two queen bedrooms meet with a shared bathroom. An additional master suite featuring a King bed and ensuite provides even further comfort. One additional King, and a bedroom with two full beds remain here to sleep each guest with the best nights rest.

SOLTERRA RESORT:
To be able to use the Resort Amenities during your stay, a one time $35.00 fee will be charged at the Club House and access will be valid for your entire stay. No cash payments, only cards.

Beautiful home

Good location

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Booking and communication was easy and the location was great. The free pool heat is great and the pool was great to have. All of the bedding was clean and plenty of towels were provided. Overall the property could be very nice, however it needs major deep cleaning and updates before I would rent it again. The carpet and area rugs were very dirty from wear and tear and stains and the furniture was very stained. The pool area needed to be washed and litter picked up. The screen over the pool was torn in several places letting bugs and dirt into the pool. The cleaners did surface clean the house, but the couches, chairs and rugs were gross. The patio furniture needs updating and more patio furniture should be provided since it is a 6 bedroom home. All of the walls needed to be cleaned and repainted. The shower grout needs a deep scrubbing. based on the updates needed, this property was overpriced and would not recommend it unless the above changes were made.
