Beach access was difficult due to high dunes. Pictures of beach access was misleading. Great layout for families with children. Host was very accommodating for my 89 y/o mother. Beds were clean and comfortable but house was not clean upon arrival.

We loved the beach house. It was just the right size for the four couples staying in it. We had a couple of little problems maintenance-wise, and every time we sent a note to our host looking for help, we got a response within minutes. Every issue was addressed within an hour. There could be a few more plates and bowls and glasses for a bigger crowd like ours.The cookware was adequate, but limited in variety. Special shout out to Tammy, our contact with the host. She did a great job communicating and resolving issues. I thought she was the gold standard for a host. We would definitely think of using the house again on a future vacation to North Myrtle Beach.

We had a rather large group and this house did accommodate our numbers for sleeping. The living space is somewhat cramped, but we made it work! House and linens were clean upon arrival. The outside sitting areas were nice and the walk over the dunes to the beach was easy and quick. We appreciated the shower/ hose to rinse off the sand! The kitchen does have some cookware, but recommend that you bring your own if possible. What was available was worn and didn't accommodate our large group. Communication with host was top-notch. Responses were fast and helpful. House location was just right- close enough for a quick drive to store/ restaurants- but also allowed for a quieter beach spot. We enjoyed our stay. Would recommend.

Our stay was great, the host was very responsive and resolved issues that arose promptly. We appreciated the ease of communication. The location was fantastic, being steps away from the beach! We did have a few issues with only partial outlets working which was frustrating with a house full of people. Also, it would be nice if a laundry basket was provided as the laundry is downstairs on the ground level which made carrying laundry up and down the stairs a bit tricky. Also, more hooks for towels in the bedrooms/bathrooms to hang towels would be helpful. Overall, we had a great family vacation and enjoyed our time here!
