About this property

This is the upper floor of a beachside duplex. The beach is steps away from our home and have direct access, you can see the ocean from one of our bedrooms and feel the ocean breeze from the porch. Restaurants, stores and pubs whiting walking distance. Gas station open 24 hours just around the corner.
Our home is located in a very nice and quite part of Daytona Beach, and the street is full of charming homes. There is a private parking in the rear, in our fenced yard. Perfect location for enjoy in a very peaceful neighborhood but at the same time there is many restaurants, stores and pubs whiting walking distance. There is a supermarket 3 minutes drive open from 07:00 am to 11:00 pm for all you can need.
