Great location highly recommended

Perfect service great location 2 min walk from parque illrealas. Restraunts on every corner great host and very clean place hit water works jacuzzi works great. Amazing double door security.

The location is a good location with corner stores and food within close walking distance. The neighborhood is a decent neighborhood. I messaged the host when I was on my way to the location and again when I arrived. I had to wait outside the location for 15 minutes until a person arrived to open the location. I did not like the 4 flight of steep stairs. The inside of the location was spacious, and the kitchen was nice. The bathrooms were clean and updated. The master bath is really nice. The AC in the master bedroom needs some work, it doesn't keep the room cool. There was the smell of gas at times throughout the apartment that was a concern. Overall the place is a decent place. I didn't like the fact that you had to pay 100 in cash upon check-in, or zelle the host the money for a deposit. I zelled the host the money and have not received it back a day later after check-out.

Nothing unique about the property. Multiple issues with the description in the ad and what is actually there. The property manager is a scam artist . BEWARE
